I went into this location three times trying to get the right toms and the customer service was horrible. First off I ordered these black toms online and they sent me them in two different sizes, I went back in the second time because the exchange they gave me looked so worn they were so wide on my feet, the third time I went in (tonight the shades of black were off) I can handle that maybe the manufacturer wasnt sending this store the best selection of toms but the younger girl with the braces and septum piercing (tonight) was so rude, impolite and unprofessional as soon as she started helping me. When I was walking in she was literally playing games with the store across the hall and wasnt even taking my time seriously. The girl literally took my shoes and went from store to store (journeys) asking people if the shades were really off which they were in natural light vs iridescent lighting. How rude! Like your gonna go around telling the customer theyre wrong to try and get people to agree with you. So unprofessional. The color was clearly off because my friend even could see it. As a customer - zumiez you have lost my service by the way your employees treat theyre customers. I received attitude from the moment I walked in the store, to her dragging me to two journeys, to the moment I walked out the door. They need to hire people that arent playing in the hall and treating people like their service is a joke. Grow up. I cannot stand this store now because of how horrible of service I received, Ive worked retail and there is a way to treat your job like it matters instead of acting like a child.

If it had a Zero, I wouldve scored it that!!!! This place the most unprofessional, racist place I ever encountered in my life. Just flat out rude and disrespectful... I just spoke with a manager who clearly doesnt have a brain, who lets her employees humiliate customers in front of other customers and that doesnt know customer service from her ass. But you call yourself a manager??? We try somewhere new and it backfires in our face... I wouldnt recommend this store who does business like this.

Love the associates, very friendly and accommodating. Selection is better online but you can order online to be sent to the store. Organized, clean, and I will be visiting again!
