Went there for shoes. 4 visits. 1. "Im looking for shoes!" -- "Oh, lets order some in for you, well do the BOGO half-off!" 2. "These arent very comfortable, Id like to return them." -- "Try breaking them in for a week." 3. "I wore them for a week, I decided Id like to return this pair and keep the others" -- "Looks like you brought it in the wrong box--youll have to come back with the other box." 4. "I brought them back in the right box." -- "Looks like youve worn these. Sorry, we cant do a return. But we can do an exchange for store credit!" Summary: This location is beyond awful.

Took my daughter shoe shopping today. We went to two other stores before Zumiezs and my daughter was so upset she couldnt find shoes. We went to Zumiezs and immediately Tessa came up to help us. She assured my daughter she would find her shoes. Tessa helped my daughter find shoes to fit and my daughter loves them. Thank you Tessa for lifting my daughters spirits and helping us!!!
