Quality of products is inconsistent. Their top stuff is about a generation behind what you would get from brands at REI, yet the price point is about the same. Selection in items to include sizes is not good. I stopped going in. Their return policy awards store credit unless you have a receipt. No purchase history kept in the system like REI.

When I went here they had great sales and a great reward program. I even found my size pants even though I couldnt find my size shirts besides in the clearance department. They also didnt have my size shoes.
