A Good Start
My wife and I shop here frequently. The have a decent selection of clothing and I like the deal they have on irregular jeans. The service has always been less than stellar. You will have to hunt someone down to help you in clothing to get the changing room opened and if you get Rebecca you can always expect attitude like you are an inconvenience rather than a customer who needs to be served. We appreciate the hours as we are rarely in town in the day time. Wish they carried a selection of QUALITY tack. Finding it difficult to find quality tack in this area. Overall an acceptable shopping experience.

The first shopping the cashier was super nice and was like, come back tomorrow( we had a lot of things) all of this will be on sale. She sat it aside and we came back, saving quite a bit of money. Today I had to return a pair of carhartt that ripped without a reciept without any problems. I will continue shopping here.

The manager needs to be re educated on customer service, store product and store policy. The customer shouldnt know more then management staff. If no sales receipt is present at the time of return a merchandise credit will be issued for the lowest sale price the item has been sold within the last 6 months.

The folks here care about helping you fix things around your house and offer great ideas that are simple and inexpensive to help when you are trying to get parts for a project at home. They have a great selection of work clothes as well as western wear and most anything you would need on a farm or ranch.

Had no ideal where the mags for the M&P carbine where,, Had to ask to call another store, The manager was rude ,, NO ideal what was going on .. Sell a rifle without a mag .. REALY. REALY.. These folks dont know there head from there ass.. They dont have any right selling firearms !!!!!!!..

I called 3 weeks before coming to the vaccine clinic to know what day it was on. Apprently the girl who answered the phone gave me the wrong date. So imagine 3 kids & a 1 year old hyper husky. I am not extremely disappointed with the company with this being my 1st attempt being served.

Staff did not have product knowledge and manager was busy with a personal call at the customer service counter not even in uniform. Was told by staff that they dod not keep 1" poly sprinkler pipe outside (where it was cut by the foot for me before) because it would sun crack.

Its a good store. Sometimes you get knowledgeable assistance and sometimes you dont. Otherwise, its clise, convenient, and the feed prices are good. The clothing prices are wayyyyyyy to high. Even their "clearance" is shocking expensive.
