This is the smallest, most inconvenient store I have ever been to in my life. If you are in a wheelchair or have a stroller, forget about going into this store. Its so crammed you can not get thru the "aisles" to look at anything with a stroller. Its a maze trying to find an aisle to go down. I said "aisle" because this store is so cluttered that it made me feel so uncomfortable upon entering. There is so much stuff in this store its hard to really browse because there is so much to see. I was trying to find an outfit for Easter recently and asked the cashier if they had a bigger dressing room so that I can try my stuff on, she said no. I could not fit my baby and her car seat and myself into the dressing room. I had no other choice but to hand her back all the clothes I had planned on buying and leave. This store needs to be bigger or carry less merchandise.

They dont have a plus size section and parking is terrible. They dont have an elevator so when I shop with a stroller I cant go downstairs to the childrens and housewares section. Its very inconvenient. Ive tried to exchange two online orders and both times they tried to charge me the difference because the price had gone up. Every time Im there to return or exchange it takes at least 20 minutes.

EXTREMELY small and cluttered store. There is so much merchandise than there is square footage. Very small selection of clothing. Upon entering you immediately feel overwhelmed with the clutter there is. Im amazed the company hasnt moved the store to a larger more familiar sized building. I think Ill pass next time im in town.

The bathrooms are nasty, the staff is unknowledgeable and unmarked items are on the clearance racks. It is hard for you to get verified clearance items when theres two separate floors and the clerks dont know what theyre doing so they dont call down to ask.

Anabell is my favorite staff member. Very helpful when I need a date night outfit last minute! JC Penny needs to offer more clothing options here in our town though.

Good selection of quality mens clothing, which can be hard to find anywhere, nowadays. Prices are very good for the quality.
