Absolutely horrible customer service!! So disappointed in Ross. When in line to checkout at exchanges and returns to discuss an item, the woman was terrible! After she helped someone, we stepped up to discuss our issue, she completely ignored us! Not saying "I will be right with you. I need to hang these up but give me a minute." Absolutely nothing, no dialogue whatsoever. After we changed to another register only then did she say she could help the next person. We were frustrated and annoyed to be standing there and she say nothing to us. Will never shop at Ross again!

Good size store with lots of variety. The shelves/aisles are messy most of the time, but you can find really great deals. Good place to go for last minute gifts, inexpensive decorations, luggage, "disposable" cheap but cute clothes

I love Ross. They have a great selection of clothes at very reasonable prices. This location is a little rough due to where its located, but is often less picked over than the location at Canyon West.
