Lets set aside the obvious "inconvenience" of a customer asking for help (not like thats your job), but how dare this company allow an employee to look at a customer and rudely state "well youre NOT a petite". (Size 7 and didnt ASK for petite!) Your company should be ashamed. Good to know JCP has a one track mind for beauty. This location just lost you a customer for good.

Spent 20 minutes looking for my size, gave up. Spent 20 minutes looking for help in that department, finally got what I needed THEN spent 15 minutes waiting in line to pay!! This was NOT during a busy time of day. WAKE-UP management, thats why youre losing customers.

JCPenny always has the tennis shoes our granddaughter loves but because the coupon we had does not count towards a national brand product we only received the store discount. We are on a fixed income and the additional 20% off my wife had would have really helped.
