No store is perfect and thats the truth, the staff is short and the machines are outdated. Ive been there a lot and I know that its not easy on them with what they have. Dont get mad at them for taking some time to go see you, the pompiolets they have are outdated and slowly breaking down so they dont always get the message. Sometimes they only have one supervisor up front and that supervisor has to help electronics and garden center, plus they have to do price checks. They also have to help run customer service desk. The cashiers try the best they can as well they have limits as well, they can only do so much and they hate having to hold up lines but they have a limit too. Walmart is a good store but its also in need of help, when you complain about how it takes someone so long to do something. Instead of gettin mad at them think first before talking. "This person maybe new to this store, the policy might have changed and they have to do things differently." When customers get upset they lash out at the cashiers and supervisors for things. Please remember they dont have full control of the store, they cant control when shipments come in or bow fast lines move. When understaffed and lines build they pull from other departments and that causes more people to get upset. You cant have both they have to make hard choices and no one is above those choices. Whether your a CEO, pregnant, disabled, hard working, unemployed, single, married, running late or even on time. The store cant snap its fingers and fix it all for you, be patient and be kind to those Walmart employees they are doing what they can with what they have. If you need help ask for it dont just assume that they know, if your an elderly and need your bags bagged lightly tell them at the beginning so they know. If you have something heavy tell them and they can help you. Some elderly folks can do things themselves and look very weak in body then some look very strong but need help. The employees cant make that choice for you, you have to tell them. If you have kids with you in the store please have a mind enough to keep them under a decent control. There have been kids there that run around and break things or try to steal things. They cant control your children for you thats your job as a parent. If they make a suggestion dont get mad at them they are just trying to help make your life little easier. Dont get mad at the employees for trying to make do with what they have they cant control that. They are human too and they do have feelings, people forget that when they come in and its not fair to them. While some of us work a job alot of them work three just trying to keep things going. We should be greatful for them as its those employees that keep shelves stocked and the lanes clean, they push carts indoors so you dont have to, they scan and bag your things so you can keep your day going, they handle your return and help the best they can. To every Walmart employee I say THANK YOU for your service.

I am a huge Wal-Mart fan. This is the worst wal-mart ever though. Unfortunately its the closest to my home. The managers there are absolutely horrific they are not helpful whatsoever. I go there quite regularly to my demise and they continue to not be willing to stick to the return policy that is worldwide with Wal-Mart. Bringing items back within twenty days of buying them with a receipt, original packaging and in perfect condition should not lead them to refuse to take it back. There have been multiple purchases I have made there they have have refused to return. I am not even asking for my money back even though thats what I am supposed to be getting when I show up with the receipt and original packaging. A gift card would have been a compromise on my part, but no gift card, no return. Calling there is just as bad, they will put you on hold for half of an hour and then just hang up on you. No one in the store can help you at all either because there are only 3 people that work there that speak english (that you can understand) and they are all in the back not dealing with anyone. Please dont put up with service like this. I love Wal-Mart. I do not love when a corporation gets to the size that one individual store will let terrible employees and managers run it. DONT EVER GO TO THIS WAL MART!

If I could give a zero, it would be too high. Checker double rings a $25.00 print cartridge. Tells me she is not allowed to reverse the charge and that I would have to go have "customer service" do it. Waited ten minutes watching the CS people take turns leaving the area. Finally asked a checker across from CS if there was a manager on duty. He said, "Yeah, but he is probably on his phone somewhere". The kid just walked away. At the 25 minute mark I finally got to have the Walmart error fixed. Asked for a manager. Doug, the manager listened while I told him how stupid an operational policy it is to not let checker reverse mis-rings. He asked who mis-rang my order. I told him that that was not the problem! He did not seem to get that it was the policy of inconveniencing the "CUSTOMER" via a dumbass policy that was the problem!!! Whoever dreamt such a policy up ought to be banished to the parking lot to shag carts, then fired. Business 101- the CUSTOMER always comes first!! At Walmart, they come LAST!

I went to repair a flat tire this morning and was told they couldnt fix it and asked me to buy new tires at full price even though I was still under man. warranty + walmart road hazard plan. The guy at Auto center (John Moore) made the least effort to address my concerns. According to their hazard plan, i should be getting a new tire at a prorated rate which this guy didnt honor at all. He blamed it on me stating since I ran on flat tire, that voids the hazard plan coverage. WTF? I never heard about it before.Took my car to the walmart store at chambers/parkers and they happily resolved the issue for me and sold me 2 new tires at a discounted rate. So I wouldnt recommend this place especially if John Moore is at the register. Two weeks ago I bought 2 new tires from this same store from another guy (had another flat, lucky me...) and he gladly prorated the amount. For some reason John Moore just cant honor the walmart policies for the customers.

I used the Walmart tire and lube center and that was a huge mistake. No one back there knows what they are doing. I should have turned around and walked out when I heard one technician yelling "Thats the wrong oil!" to another one. Not only do they not have snow tires, but also terrible customer service. I waved the warranty, valve replacement, and I wanted my old tires back. When I looked at my invoice, I was charged for all three. Adrina, who should never work in customer service, said that she would not refund my card. All in all a very bad experience and I actually demanded that they remove the tires, put my old tires back on, and receive a refund. I wont go to the location for anything, ever again.
