Prices and selection were decent, staff was constantly rearranging merchandise during my visit which Im sure helped in making things easier to find. Just would have been nice if they limited the number of employees in a single shoe aisle. At one point there were 4 employees in the same aisle I was in and they acted as if I was in THEIR way. I get it that they are trying to do their job, but newsflash you have no job if you dont have customers.

The grand opening was today and they did an amazing job. It was snowing this morning so they had hot coffee, water and bag of donuts/muffins. They opened the store early since it was snowing. Everyone was extremely nice and efficient. Even though the store was busy, the employees acted professionally (not stressed out). I will definitely be coming again. The clothes and shoes are too cute!

Im thrilled to finally have a Nordstrom Rack in the Springs. Im there pretty much every time they have a clear the rack sale. While there are stores in Denver with bigger and better selections Ive still been able to get some great deals. Ive never encountered a rude employee.

GREAT selection. This is my go to spot in Colorado Springs if I need a quick outfit. Its also a great place to pick up discounted kids stuff, especially shoes. LOVE Nordstrom anything.
