I was robbed inside of target last night 12-9-15 at 7:00 pm! Location Union and Acadmey. I was in the back of the store towards the electronics but on the side with household goods. No one around me at all. I had my cart on the side so if anyone was to pass they had plenty of room to do so. I placed my wallet (YES BIG LESSON LEARNED) in the bottom of the cart and had items secured around it. I went into the isle with clear vision of my cart. A man hit my cart startling me and he said sorry and I of course said no problem, he hit my cart on purpose to move my cart out of my vision then removed my wallet from the cart. I proceeded to shop for about another 10 minutes and as I was making my way up to the check out lanes I noticed it was gone. At that time I said something to an employee and she called for security, Andrew on duty and also the manager, Fabian. Then I saw the guy walking from cosmetics heading for the door. I stopped him saying ever so nicley. Sir Im sorry to ask but I had my wallet in the cart and you were the only person I have encounterd in the store and now my wallet is missing by any chance did you see it or did you happen to take it. All while the manager is doing nothing! He says I dont have your wallet look my pockets are empty. I then notice he does not have his cart so I ask where it is and he say he left it in cosmetics and I ask why, he states he was going to use the bathroom I mentioned there is a bathroom by cosmetics and he then ask me if its against the law to use a bathroom anywhere. Again the manager is doing nothing. I also pointed out that his jacket has now been zipped and before it was not, of course no help from any of the employees standing around me. The magager, Fabian then proceeded to tell the guy he was free to go because he can not search him or hold him for assumption. I say wait I want to call the cops and the manager says fine do it, I mention I dont have phone and the manager says thats not his problem walks away and tells the guy he is free to go!!! The manager actually walked with the guy to the front door!! He has the nerve to tell me the guy walked all the way to Safeway and then he lost sight of him!! Im standing the the middle of the isle watching a guy walk out with all of my finacial belongings along with a few sentimental items right out the door while no one Is helping me. As a target consumer I should be protected inside of the store and instead I was victimized by a thief and the employees. A nice lady let me use her phone. I wait 3 hours and 3 phone calls later the police never showed up. Andrew the security guy watched the servillinece and its clear as day him taking my wallet. I just moved back to Colorado Springs 3 days ago and not only did my dog spend 24 hours in the ER clinic I had a large amount of money in my wallet, I was occupied with my dogs health that I was never able to make it to the bank to deposit the funds. (This money I had was to help me start over here in this town with supplying food for my new place, paying my Dec. Bills and now paying a very large vet bill). He took that all away along with me now being out of any credit cards. I begged the guy to please give me my wallet back and he looked me dead in the eye saying he didnt have it. The manager, Fabian may have even been in on it due to his lack of actions when it came to protecting his store and his customers!!!! I called target Corp 3 times and no one will do anything to help me. A police officer finally called me about midnight took a report but basically said Im out of luck! Description: African American Male (lighter skin) very bald shinny head even has a little bit of a point, about 5"9, slim build maybe 155 lbs wearing orange sweat pants, a long Broncos puff coat, red shirt and ear buds around his neck! He is on survillence Andrew made that very clear and even made copies of the it! Please help if you can but not only holding Fabian responsible but also this thief so he does not strike again.

This Target is the absolute WORST when it comes to customer service. There was an error in a transaction they made and, long painful story short, I paid $40 for only $20 worth of merchandise. When I went back to have it cleared up, the guy in Customer Service (his name is Dustin) was an absolute JERK and basically told me that since HE didnt make the error, he shouldnt have to do anything to fix it. As I was leaving (because it was clear to me that he wasnt going to do anything about my swindled money) he told me to never come back again. So yeah. If you want to get completely robbed, go here.

I have shopped at this store a few times I would rather buy some items of apparel, toiletries etc at Target than Walmart I pay a little more but get better quality. This store has always been clean when I was there and the people are helpful if you ask and that is something I like!? Have you ever been in a store and employees keep asking you if you need help and you have to say NO over and over and are thinking "just leave me alone!!" in this store it is my experience that unless you ask you are left to do your shopping in peace and to me that is a good thing!?

I was a previos employee and i have never been treated so badly that i could not work there anymore. I have manager experiance and i would never treat employees that badly. I got yelled in my face from managers telling me to learn my job after being there only a short time. I was told plenty of horrible things and i quit because of them. This store made me hate target and i will never shop there again. The employees are by far hay better than the managers!! And most of them should have been managers before They quit because they hated it there too.

I applied to work there Everything was going great, they called me asking if they could set up an interview and I said absolutely After the interview I was so happy hoping to get the job But then I got an email from them saying that they didnt have any positions available But if you didnt have any positions available then why ask for an interview with me ? Sounds like profiling and judging if you ask me Very sad how bad our economy became so far, Wish I could help change that but lets face it I cant

I bought a womens cruiser here and within two months the seat & handle bars had fallen off, and the brakes were completely out. I took it in for an exchange and the employees were very nice about getting me a new mountain bike, though an $80 difference. A few days after the front wheel of that bike completely blew, but I made it there literally AT closing time and the staff was so nice about letting me in and getting me yet another bike. Quality of items: Awful. Service: Amazing.
