Ive been going to this Gordmans for a long time and it seems like every time I am there, they have a long line and the slowest cashier(s). I put cashiers plural in parentheses because the last two times Ive been in they only had the customer service cashier open with ONE cashier. She was doing a return- after 20 minutes in line I realized there was still 3 people in front of me, so I left without purchasing any items! I gave it two stars because this location is clean and I do like that there is a large selection. The clothes, however, are not quality. I will wear 2-3 times before it falls apart in the washer.

Girls working cashier are worthless. They are of no help not to mention rude. Another complaint on my list is you have to put a deposit on layaway which I have never heard of in my life! Other departments stores just take your name and hold your clothes. No money necessary. Terrible experience. You want good service visit the gordmans in northglenn. Store is not as organized but customer service is held at a much higher standard.

Ive always shopped at this store and I love it. They have great customer service skills and the store is so clean and organized. I diss like the northglen store very rude customer service and very very unorganized stuff every where makes it hard to shop.

Great deals on clothes but HORRIBLE cutomer service; I had never worn these shoes and simply bought the wrong size. went to return them next day with recipt and ticket and they refused me. Grrrrr! They even had the size I needed in stock stupid brats....
