I had the worst experience today. The store itself is ok although the bathroom is always pretty dirty. Ive never had a bad experience with the customer service before today. The MOD Kiana was extremely rude. I fell right outside the store (slipped on ice) I was carrying a bag with items I had just purchased which included a ceramic pig that completely shattered when I fell. I went back in the store to ask for a first aid since I scrapped myself up pretty bad with the fall I also asked to exchange the pig that broke. Kiana rudely snatched the bag with the pig to examine it, not once asking if I was ok. I told her I wanted to exchange it and she disregarded what I said and continued to do a return. I again told her the situation adding that I am pregnant and my leg is bleeding pretty bad. She snapped at me and said "calm down maam let me finish this transaction and Ill get your little bandaid and maybe some ointment" Im sorry but as a manager on duty your first question should be are you ok?. She continued telling me after she was still returning my money that if I wanted to exchange it I had to go find one and stand in line to purchase it. Now Ive worked retail and Im sure thats not how it works. I again reminded her that I was pregnant and hurt and she again said in a very rude tone, that I had to stand in line if I found one to purchase. All I needed was a first aid and an exchange and she didnt fullfill either of those request. I felt extremely disrespected in front of my 2 kids and other customers. I think Kiana should have better training if shes going to work as a manager on duty. But she should definitely not be and MOD until she is properly trained. I left the store very upset and embarrassed about being spoken to in such a disrespectful manner.

I had a good experience today at Tj maxx and found tons of great stuff. But I bought a konjac sponge and I opened it when I got home and it seemed like it was already used. Konjac sponges are usually hard and become soft when you wet it. I opened the package and felt the sponge and it was already wet. I took it to the sink and added more water to see if it was just a soft sponge. When I added water, suds of what seemed to be cleanser came out when I squeezed it. Konjac sponges dont have cleanser in it which means someone else has added the cleanser and wet it before putting it back in the package. This might not be Tj Maxxs fault but it was pretty gross and I had to throw it away :( Be sure to check your stuff and make sure nothing is missing and its not been used before.

If you like to wait in a long line for about 15-25 min then this is the store to come to. While standing in line you get to see all the items people have put down who decided to not stand in the line any longer. There will be several associates behind the counter but they are all tagging and putting things away instead of checking people out in order to get the line down. By the time i get checked out of this store I could have drove to anther one , they really need to rethink the check put system or tell everyone to ring people up first then pretend to be doing something when the line is shorter.

Wish I could rate them better. But its extremely disappointing that they can seem to hire staff that is willing to help their customers. Specially their manager or supervisor, nor sure what this particular cashier was but seemed to be a team lead but her attitude was not only rude but uncalled for. Tried saying hi and smiling but it did not seem to change her mood. If she does not like getting questions from customers then she should not working in a field were you are expected to have a friendly attitude.

I hate to say it this way but this place seemed ghetto as hell when I walked in. I spent all of 10 minutes in the store checking out what type of stuff they had in stock. Nothing seemed more valuable than $10 all the while every person that worked at the store seemed to be some sort of black ops ninja in loss prevention. Either that or they all want to be hawks one day. I have not been back nor to I plan to.

Hooray! A T.J. Maxx in the town that I live in! I used to go to the one in Keene N.H. before I moved to Aurora. I went in for one thing (came out with 6) and found it right away at the price I was looking for. I was in a hurry tonight but I really cant wait to stop in again as soon as I have more time.

It is one of those average TJs. It is still much better than the Ross store across the way but definitely as well stocked n metchandised as some of the other TJs, thats why i dont go thete often, maybe once every 2-3 years even though it is on my way home from work.

On General its very good they have a nice selection of merchandise.but the think that I dont like it its some people that work in there especially the Russian girls theyre very rude and never pay attention on wherever you asking they use walk away and ignoring you.

Хороший магазин где, если поискать, можно найти высококачественную одежду и обувь за разумные деньги. Хорошие чемоданы или постельное бельё тоже совсем не дорого. Рекомендую этот магазин тем, кто знает цену деньгам, но и любит качественные вещи.

80% of the store is dedicated/oriented/targeted to female clothing and accessories and shoes and purses and everything having to do with females. The other 20% is the rest of stuff; mens section, luggage, boys, girls, home, and misc.

Its definitely a better tjmax than what normally is. The have a nice selection but miss the mens shoes section. They have some good kitchen section and kids section and few furniture but not as big as home goods

Sweet clothes... Only one mens fitting room so you might wait for a while to try stuff on if youre not down to change in the middle of the store like I am. They definitely thought I was stealing tho...

Well stocked, a bit messy however, can be hard to find what youre looking for, but if you happen to have some time on your hands, there is a chance you might find what youre looking for.

Wow it really clean and the staff is so courteous. Saying thank when you leave is cool. It can be better if they have more fitting rooms. Just like Marshalls.

Horrible Sunday hours. Multiple people went up to the door 10 minutes before 11 and went across the street to Ross. No wonder their profits arent doing well.
