Very poor customer service- no compassion whatsoever. I went to this location tonight (6/8/16) to return clothes I had ordered online. They informed me I couldnt, because it had been 60 days since I got my order instead of less than 45. I asked to talk to a manager, and I explained to manager Sarah that I have fibromyalgia, and that because I am always in pain and fatigued, life piles up on me and Im behind on everything. I asked her for some compassion and leniency, as I finally got around to trying to take care of this, and now I would need to do more steps including contacting customer service and going to the post office. When I am very sick, even small things are a challenge. I told her all this, and Sarah wouldnt help me. We are all vulnerable sometimes and need help. Sarah is a cold, heartless, unprofessional manager.

The cashier told me I couldnt use my friends and family coupon unless I had an Old Navy card or tried to open one. After several minutes of back and forth and pointing out that no where on the coupon does it say anything about needing an Old Navy card she finally decided to try it and surprise, surprise it worked. What an unethical way to meet your onc goals. On the way out I mentioned it to a manager standing by and then walking out the door my bag beeped. Probably because the cashier was so intent on arguing with me over my coupon that she didnt remove all my sensors. The manager took my bag to have it checked only to find out when I get home she kept my receipt. Whatever. I will never shop in your store again.

This is my second attempt at purchasing clothing today! The first time I came to the register the line was moving so slow with 2 cashiers that I asked to place my items on hold being that I was out of time. Now I returned for my items and once again they have only 2 cashiers and Ive been in line over 10 minutes with 3 people still ahead of me. There are staff members walking around as we speak that could be helping ring not to mention when I found someone to hold my items earlier I had to interupt to employees from talking in order to be helped. (females) If it wasnt for having a $10 gift certificate I would have never came back and its not a priority to at this point.

This store is a nightmare. Everytime I try and shop here, I am so disappointed. It is incredibly messy, disorganized, and poorly merchandised. In addition, finding a helpful associate is almost impossible. I understand that retail stores get messy, especially during store wide sales events, but when I head to the registers to check out and see three employees standing and chatting and one texting on her cell phone, its irritating. Do yourself a favor and shop at the Old Navy at the Streets of Southglenn. It is clean, easy to shop, and the employees are helpful and friendly.

@hollysmith Im so sorry to hear your story but i was in the other day and Sarah was extremely helpful. I WAS IN A PANIC about my return and with Sarahs help I was able to exchange new sizes and get my refund. She is the most caring and understanding employee I have worked with at this location. I will always come back as long as Sarah works at this old navy.

This store is always very clean and organized and staff is very friendly. If you go during a sale on the weekend it can get pretty crowded but other than that its always nice.

Trendy place, but they only have good deals during the after-Christmas return sales. The faceless white mannequins are horrifying and creepy.
