So rude! Went in and there wasnt a price on the organizer I wanted so a lady looked it up and said it was $5 and I said great Id pick it up tommrow and went back in and some other lady so rude looked up a completely different item and said "nope shes wrong its $15" so rude, Didnt even look at us or anything! And I said ok and she just ignored and walked away. Worst experience ever.

Unprofessional cashiers...treated us poorly and were making unnecessary comments about customers in Spanish, in front of children no less...in desperate need of training...you can get higher quality products and customer service at others stores in this shopping center

I shop at Ross all the time. I have great experiences every time. Even if I didnt have a good experience, I would come back. Thats why I feel all the bad reviews you guys have are pointless. They probably back shopping there the next day.

Id personally stay away. More items laying in a heap on the floor, than on the racks! Sizes all mixed up, & the staff is exceptionally ignorant of their products. Will never go back.
