Since I have had kids I have gone to JC Penney for pictures, however this time I will not go back. I had the worse session I think anyone could have. The photographer had no idea what she was doing didnt offer any props, basically told them to just stand there. If I wanted pictures like that I would have gone some where cheaper. Also, the photographer had no idea how to work with young children and she did to get them to look at the camera was ask them to say "turkey". If you dont have the skills to work with children you shouldnt be working in a studio like this. After an hour there were only 3 pictures that were useable; even after I asked how many pictures she took of my daughter in her dress and she answered 6 or 7. So disappointed now we have try and do pictures again. Bottomline go to a different location or different studio.

Recently my experience was a little upsetting. All the sale signs were written completely in Spanish. At checkout we noticed all the sales signs on the counter were also in Spanish a long with the signage on the walls when entering or exiting the stores. I could understand if everything was written in English and Spanish, but it was only Spanish. So now the sales dont apply to me because Im only English speaking and cant read them? Or I have to ask an associate what the signs are implying even though I live in an English speaking community. All I want is to have equal opportunities, even if that means writing it in English in small print.

I went into the store to return and exchange my pants I ordered online. They turned out to not fit right. I told the person the situation. She said its easier for her to do a return if she has the original shipping packaging. I did not know that. Throughout the whole process the checker was complaining that she had to manually enter my order number. Really? This is the kind of people you hire. Lazy and incompetent, I am highly dissatisfied with JCpennys and will be closing my Credit Card I have through them once I pay off my whole $60 on my card. The rating should be 0 stars

They have sale signs posted that are inconsistent from the ring up and they probably get away with robbing people everyday! Here is the scam: they have sale signs posted but when you check out they tell you things like, "oh, this rings up different because its on clearance ". In the end you are only going to argue over 5-7 dollars but most people wont want to waste the time. How much does that add to in an hour or a day? Scam artists at their best here!

Left my recent order at the register. NO SALE! Signage was unclear and the sale prices were apparently only for their card holders. Thats BS! The other items I had did not ring up properly either and to top it off I had waited nearly 20 minutes for one associate to serve 7 people ahead of me.

Great JCPenneys. Awesome selection for all sizes, good store lay out, and the last time I was there the staff was helpful & kind. Great selection for boys size 8/10. Have never had a problem, and enjoy shopping here.
