First I chose to buy from a local small business owner when I had the choice between two. Both are small business owners but Reflections Apparel LLC (not sure thats what they are calling themselves these days) is located in the small town that I live in. I bought 4 size large girls shirts for my daughters and two zippered hoodies. I asked them if they had one for them to try on but said they didnt have any with them and offered their expertise on what size would fit them. I asked them to embroider them with our last name. I paid them, say thank you and wait hear from them. A week later Im called and told that my order is ready for pick up. I go to the shop with my daughters and upon opening the bag I immmediately notice that the hoodie is big enough for a pre-schooler. I spoke with the manager that was there and she said she could reorder the right size and call me when they were done. One week later another call my items are ready but there is another $12 charge to embroider the names. What?!?! Why do I have to pay again? They say its because they now have two hoodies they cant sell because our names were on them. Correct me if im wrong but this is not my profession and I as a customer am paying not only for their products but also for their expertise in their profession. When I am told by one of their employees that they believe a size large girl shirt would convert to a size small zippered hoodie then that is part of my service. I ended up just paying the $12 and said I was unhappy with the service and had a shop employee roll her eyes at me and walk to the back of the shop. I guess I have learned my lesson. I will not nor will I ever recommend this embroidery shop again. I will make sure to let every know when Reflections Apparel LLC is at the school that my children attend what their business services include.

We have been using "Reflections" for several years, have seen them go thru 3 company name changes/owners ect.. They used to do good quality work, but lately everything I have gotten back has not been good. We took in a Supervisors shirt (brand new, with tags on) and the messed up the logo, the owner (might have changed by now) said she would do another logo on a different shirt at no cost... So basically I bought a brand new shirt that you ruined and your going to make me buy another shirt and the embroidery is free??? That doesnt make sense!!! The embroidery is not as tight and clean as it has been, things arent centered or straight and they have embroidered stuff that is not clearly visibly. The last time I picked up some jackets and said " Oh why does this look like that" the lady behind the counter kind of shrugged her shoulders. I then followed up with an email that had pictures of the garments that were not done correctly, still no response. We wont be going back, ever. And the customer service sucks!

NEW OWNERS. First off, everyone needs to know that this company has new owners and they are FABULOUS! !! I had a unique situation where I suddenly took over being a host family for a foreign exchange student in October. The only thing my foreign exchange student wanted for Christmas was a letter jacket. The ladys at Reflections apparel were so sweet and I knew it was a long shot to get a letter jacket by Christmas, but they made it happen!!! The manager even came to my house personally to pick up the letter so it could be sewn on and be complete for Christmas! !! They stayed in contact with me and went above and beyond!!! The new owners are GREAT! !!

Brought my work shirts in to have them embroidered here. Not only were the workers very discourteous, but they also ruined two of my shirts so that they are professionally unwearable. Another shirt is already showing considerable wear, and holes around the embroidery. I considered bringing the shirts in to complain, but I really dont want an argument from the shop. I only get new work shirts twice a year, but will need to purchase more this year. I will also be driving considerably farther to have my embroidery done elsewhere.

I dont usually write reviews but My experience with reflections was not okay, I went in the day school got out to order my jacket. We went in and tried jackets on they had the size I needed in stock so I just needed the actual letters the lady said my jacket will be fully done in three weeks! I picked my jacket up at 9 weeks. I would be fine with that but they told three weeks so I set my senior pictures after I got my jacket. If your going to give a time limit follow it!!!

Excellent Service! Called in the morning to get at estimate. Sent my husband over with a backpack mid afternoon and it was done within an hour. My daughter Volleyball team needs their names embroidered on them and I am taking my daughters backpack to the team to show them!!!!! We are so pleased!!! CANT THANK YOU ENOUGH!!! I believe they told me it is now under new ownership and even has a different name - High Caliber Design. We will be back!!!!
