So its not very often that you get to have an incredible customer experience when the store isnt even open. I had planned on getting my son some goggles but I wasnt sure if they were still in stock. Being awake before the kids is a rare opportunity so I decided to call the store while everything was quiet. At 7 AM. I honestly didnt think I was going to get through but I always figure why not try. To my surprise an associate picked up after the recorded voice told me the store was closed. The associate I spoke with was extremely friendly and told me that while the goggles were probably already gone she would call over to the sporting good section and see if someone was there. I was on the line for a minute or so while she waited for a response and she told me that indeed the goggles were gone. It was so fantastic to be able to speak with someone outside of business hours that was so willing to help. Even if it wasnt the answer I wanted. She even took a moment to list off a couple of other stores I could try. Having worked in retail I can tell you this: how someone works when theyre on the clock says a lot about how things are going. How someone responds when theyre off the clock says a lot about the kind of person they are and the kind of company they work for. Big kudos to Target for being a good company and hiring great people.

The store is fine but they used to have a cafe that was open. After 3 attempts to go to the cafe at lunch time and they were closed I thought it best to call to see if they were open. The customer service lady said "yes they are open and if you need anything at the cafe and no one is there go to the Starbucks and they will help you " Sooo I drive over the cafe is closed. The guy at the Starbucks acted like I was insane for asking for help at the cafe. He only does Starbucks. So a week later I call to see if the cafe is open and the customer service lady says "no". an hour later my coworker comes in saying they just got back and the cafe was open. Now Im like whatever the customer service lady says is totally wrong. Extremely frustrating! :(

8 times out of 10, I have an unpleasant experience at this pharmacy. The people who work there are appalling. They are incredibly rude and unfriendly. I can never get a straight answer and I always feel like they never know what they are talking about. They always have an excuse, never take responsibility, and blame the customer or "the system." All i could say was "WOW." I am never filling my prescriptions here again, no matter how convenient it may seem. Target should stop advertising that their pharmacists/workers at this branch are a "friendly resource for all questions." NOT. What a joke.I am NEVER filling my prescriptions here again. I wish I could give it zero stars.

I had never been to a grocery store before today. I always imagined it to be like the Olsens Mercantile. Your store is nothing like that! The people were very friendly there, I did try to sell some of Mas fresh eggs, but the manger said they get them from some place called California?!?!?I told him I was not familiar with the every day punk slang kids these days use. Overall, I was very happy to not have stumbled into Mrs. Olsen there. Golly, what an awful woman! Scincerly, Little house of delight!

Ive been going to this store for a couple years and overall its a good Target. Their stock is well organized and they have great sales during certain times of the year. During the weekend and during college move in this place is an absolute zoo! My one complaint is that when it gets crowded it feels like they never have enough cashiers (4 self check out machines isnt enough either). It takes forever and half the time when I do go to a cashier theyre not even that friendly.

Be Careful shopping here. We paid off our Target card with $500 in cash on Oct 31 at the customer service desk only to have that transaction completely disappear. It cost us days of panic and many hours of backtracking...however- their security department was instrumental in helping us prove that the payment had indeed occurred- so- save your receipts (!) when making cash payments...but kudos to their customer service skills too...

For too long we have allowed corporations buy politicians who are anti-equality and/or anti-citizen in the name of improving the business climate. Target has payed a $150,000 donation to a gubernatorial candidate that supports the execution of gays and lesbians. This is unacceptable. Save money by visiting Savers or the Humane Society Thrift store. Tell Target that you will not fund their disregard for human rights.

Target has the prettiest table items. I like to watch the sale shelves for decor for my churchs front table. I have been able to find the sweetest rugs and placemats. When my bros kids visited, I got plastic placemats to protect the table, and the boys enjoyed them. They were easy to wash. This is the best place for Baby items. I also appreciate the way employees are treated; ask them. The free delivery is a super A+.

The place you love to hate. Its basically the only place to shop in Boulder for moderately priced things & staples, as we dont really have a Walmart. (We just have a tiny Walmart which only has food) The Target is usually out of so many things, clothes in medium sizes, shoes, kleenex, cosmetics, office supplies. The shelves are bare. Whats up with that??? I used to love Target. They are fine in other areas.

This tends to be your very run-of-the mill Target. Its comfortable, but sometimes a little crowded (dont go the week before school opens). Things tend to be in good order, but Ive never been blown away by the cleanliness or order of things. The lines do go quickly which is nice and the staff are generally pretty good at the counter, but I havent had any amazing customer service events to talk about.

Its a Target - clean, the usual selection. Its not really a fault of this store, but while visiting and trying to find the right size of some clothing items, we constantly ran into the problem of sealed packages with 3 items inside and no good way to judge which size was the right one without tearing into the package, which Id rather not do. Perhaps they could leave out a sample of each size?

The usual taget experience but can be made frustrating with all the college kids and depending on the time of day not very many cashiers. Every time I go in this place no matter what time of day there are always lines, long lines for the checkout. However I noticed the other day 7/2016 that there are now self-checkout lanes. Have fun shopping and control those tempers.

I am glad Target lowered their prices some. Though sadly the employees here are AWFUL. 90% of them seem to be CU students that dont understand customer service. Theyre consistently rude, short, and unhelpful. Ive had this experience with every single associate, aside from one older lady who was kind and polite. Why is kindness & customer service not a thing anymore? Ugh

Overall, this Target is always crowded and busy. I feel like there is no room to even breathe and thats when I go in the middle of the day. The taxes up in boulder is also a lot more and the prices in general are way higher than other Targets. I would recommend going to another target where the prices are alittle bit lower and you can actually enjoy looking around.
