I go to this Target often because it is near my office and the easiest place to get basic things on my lunch break. Its generally pretty busy, so I understand that waiting in line is bound to happen, but wasnt expecting the terrible service I received today. I went to the pharmacy to get some more Claritin-D (allergy medicine that is stored behind the counter), which usually takes about two minutes to ring up. When I walked up to the counter, all of the three pharmacy techs looked up and saw me, but none of them acknowledged me. While standing there waiting for them to come over to me, another woman who had been filling out paperwork at the other end of the counter cut in front of me, and one of the pharmacy techs rushed to assist her. She then had to add additional items to her paperwork, and finally walked away after 3-4 minutes. The tech walked away without once acknowledging me, not even to say, "Let me take care of this and Ill be right with you." While this was happening, one of the managers walked by and asked if he needed help while yelling into her walkie-talkie that there was "only one person" in line at Pharmacy (referring to me). Not even she actually spoke to me., but she did have a conversation with the tech assisting the other woman. The other two studiously ignored me as well. I walked away and went to purchase a few other things. When I asked to speak with a manager about the whole thing, it was the same one whod been back at the Pharmacy while I was there, and she just gave excuses and said shed tell the "appropriate manager". I wont be back at this Target - there are plenty of others between my home and office, and my errands can generally wait until after work.

My experience at this Target was frustrating to say the least. I purchased a pair of very nice Bose headphones a while ago and when I purchased it, a salesperson made a serious point of telling me that with the target warranty, I wouldnt need my receipt (losing receipts was my main reason for not getting them in the past). Because of this, I decided it would be worth getting because it would let me replace them if something happened within two years. This turned out to be completely false. I was BLATANTLY LIED TO by the salesperson and Target refuses to honor my warranty. I even purchased it with my Target card and filled out the information at the store upon my purchase. They were telling me that I needed to purchase a new pair at full price because I didnt have my receipt (despite keeping all other material including the box). I will never go to this Target again and I advise anyone else who plans to that you could do much better going to the Walmart on Colfax. TL:DR: Lied to about a warranty on purchase, refuses to honor warranty when something goes wrong.

This Target store is the WORST store in the entire chain. We love target and have never had any problems using coupons and fully understand Targets coupon policy. Tonight we had a horrible experience where the customer service refused to honor a coupon we had. They claimed they didnt accept coupons on price match items, which is a lie. We went to another store and had no problems. In fact this store said they had recvd a letter from the Regional Manager stating that they would accept the coupons on this particular price matched item. Do not ever go to the Target in Golden or Lakewood, CO if you plan on using coupons.

I was recently at Super Target on an evening close to closing time, using the Kodak self-service machine (4/14/10). The young female clerk at customer service was saying the most foul things to her male counterpart, speaking about the size of male anatomy that she can "handle." She proceeded to ask her co-worker about his anatomy and it got to the point that I was so grossed out, that I couldnt even say anything to her about her tasteless comments, I just walked away! Im not a prude, but cmon-- look around you! They lost about $60 worth of business and any future business of mine.

Our SuperTarget is very efficient--within pennies of similar quality inventory at other stores. Also efficient is having no junky product for sale. Everything is well worth buying. The customer service has proven quite helpful, the checkers pleasant and cheerful, the deli sell stocked, and every retired resident should live within walking distance of 5 Starbucks. Well worth the 7 minute walk from my home of 25 years, having beautiful 60 mile views all around.

Oddly laid out, reverse of most Target stores I have been in. Hosiery/socks section looked like a hurricane had gone through it. Not sure how it could have been more messy or disorganized back there. Very small, very small selection of regular body lotion? Completely unhelpful employees; either unavailable or uninformed. Came in for some specific items that I usually count on Target to carry - either unable to find or not stocked.

Its Target so you cant go wrong, but I always wonder why they built these stores with 30+ checkout lanes but only pay enough staff to occupy 2-4 of them.... Still a convenient spot for a Super Target with a full grocery store and an optometrist, photo center, cafe, and Starbucks. There is an entrance to the mall too, but I appreciate that this Target has its own set of hours that are extended from the malls open hours.

I am a black man in my late 60s and never have I been more appalled than shopping at this target store. Multiple of the employees were. Blatantly racist towards me, making derogatory comments that genuinely upset me. While they tried to play it off as a joke, it is far from okay. Needless to say I will never have anything to do with this store or target in general, ever again

This is a very good Target. I believe its a Super Target which means they have a full grocery store and a wider selection of products. For the most part, the staff is cheery and helpful. As always, some are more happy to be there than others. They have been toughing their way through the damage caused by the recent hailstorm. They get a gold star for that.

Food could be better...especially fresh food, but its fairly priced...better class of pet food would be nice as well. Otherwise, very good one stop shopping experience. Hours a little later - even another hour, would be nice. Greater selection of TastyKakes would be nice as well.

Spent the afternoon trying to find a location that would pricematch a video game with a great price on Amazon. The manager was not competent enough to use the price match, and tried to make my buddy pay an extra five dollars over the MSRP. Seriously??

I just had the best customer service experience in this store. Target went way above and beyond to make me a happy customer and left me feeling like they really value me and my patronage. Their customer service is miles above their competitors.

Ridiculously nice... almost like Wegmans in upstate NY... the store is huge, immaculately clean, and well stocked. You can tell that everyone working there really takes pride in their work.
