I do not recommend shopping at this target store, use Amazon and avoid dealing with rude people. Ive never had a poor experience dealing with Amazon staff. Both my wife and I had a very poor experience with this stores customer service and management teams. We were picking up an online order and my wife forgot her ID. She pleaded her case, showed the email confirmation and documentation she had to pick up an item that cost less than $2.00. Jackie the customer service rep was very dismissive toward her and when she spoke to Mike her manager he was unhelpful and condescending. She later discovered she could put me on as an alternate to pick up the item. When I went in, I picked up the item and asked for a managers phone number. Apparently Target is not very friendly and wont provide contact info except for a generic 800 number. I asked to speak with a manager and spoke with Mike and had the same experience as my wife. He was condescending, dismissive and argumentative. I registered my complaint with the 800 number and got no reassurances that anyone responsible would reach out to me. I will not be doing business with Target again.

Worst Target ever!!! Wish I can give them 0 stars they dont even deserve the 1. All cashiers and managers are so rude! I dont even work there and I know their store policies better than every single person working in that store. I never have any problems at other targets. They always refuse my coupons and make up their own policies like they own the store. When I prove them wrong they always say they have the right to refuse any coupon, which they do as stated on the policy, but I give them no reason to. Im not trying to break any policies they just hate being wrong and make me pay for their lack of knowledge. They act as if the money Im saving comes out of their pocket! Bunch of racist people. Not even "managers" know their policies. I dont know why anyone would give them that title.

What I think the worst part about this target is that they have no employee watching cameras to make sure their customers are safe. My wife was robbed and drug by a car, with no plates that was hanging out in the parking lot, in broad daylight. If they cared at all about their customers safety they would have people watching for suspicious activity just like at their competitor wal-mart. So if you care about your safety or your wife or daughters safety shop at a store that actually cares about you

I go there to get whatever I need for my small eyebrow threading store, Arvada Threading. We are also on the same plaza just behind them, inside Phenix salon - so its very very convenient, and simple shopping for me. People in there are just like me- cheerful, helpful and always looking to serve customer better. Sometimes I just want to thank them for being there

Would not allow me to return 2 online items (rugs) passed 90 days. 1 rug did not come with a receipt when delivered but still in original package. No exchange or store credit. Jackie in returns and manager Katie were very condescending to me. Went to Target on Church Ranch, got store credit, no problem. Will not shop here or maybe Target altogether.

Love this store! Read a lot of complaints and tried to avoid it. But all of my recent shopping experiences have been absolutely wonderful! Any issues I ever had with items were worked out quick and easily. All these 1 stars must be people trying to pull something or just having a bad day and chose to take it out on the retail store.

So I tried to buy a pair of headphones today here because its just down the street. EVERYTHING is locked up.. With no employees in sight I guess Im driving all the way down to 72nd and Sheridan to a Wal-Mart. I was trying to get $18 headphones... Really? Why shop somewhere where you need permission to take anything off the shelf..

I dig the smaller layout and the staff is helpful and friendly. Even though I dont live in the neighborhood anymore, I still shop at this one I just stop on my commute home. The Super Targets are too much walking and I still dont get to see everything that is all neatly organized into the smaller Target.

Jackie helped me out and has the most amazing spirit ever! She helped me with an exchange problem that was unbelievable. I was extremely frustrated. The Manager (who was also extremely nice!) and Jackie are the best thing for Target!!! Thank you again!!!

Worst customer service than any other branch in Denver or possibly the United States!! Whatever happened to the customers always right? If its so important for you to profit rather than offer valuable customer service what are you in business for anyway?

Looks great on the outside. If your listening Target... update and freshen up the entrance just inside edge front doors... the rest of the store is great. But the first impression is of an unkept store that has been forgotten by corporate.

Clean, well organized, and nicer merchandise than competing chains. This location has a full selection of groceries and has extremely helpful staff. Sometimes the checkout lines are a bit long in the evenings.

Science its near me its very convent the staff is always there when you need them! Its a tiny bit smaller than other targets, but still has the products and the great staff.

I shop at this store often. Usually less crowded then Walmart. I like their Cartwheel app. And use their Debit card. That usually saves 5 - 10% on every shopping trip.

Standard Target. Feels a bit more modern, but its smaller than a lot of Targets. Nice staff but this Target isnt anything super special.

Store was good snack bar was bad all the pops were out of order pretzels were cold they need someone that knows how to run a snack bar

This target is good. It has a little market for food but is not a super target so items are limited due to space
