My grandma just got a new fridge and the company that Sears contracts with for delivering large appliances are HAVE PROFESSIONAL INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE GREAT AT WHAT THEY DO. Nathan and Gabe took out the old fridge and brought in the new one with no issues at all. They where very pleasant and quick too. Thank you for your service!

Tried calling and to talk to a manager, only was connected to answering machine. Finally talked to a live person in warehouse and explained to him that Id like to talk to a manager he said hed transfer me. Waited for a while and then was disconnected. This is the great service that sears offers its customers now.

Ive been an avid Sears customer for decades, love the tools and appliances BUT the service is so terrible, you spend more time trying to find assistance in any department other than appliances than anywhere else. Management: thats why youre losing customers.

It was ok found what i wanted but they tryed to over charge me $10 and when i told them thats the wrong price and showed them the right price they then gave it to me and then tryed to rush use out the door

Our sales associate just showed us we could order everything online and get a better deal. That could be why your financial statements look rough Sears. We just wasted a trip and we wont be back. :(
