Never again will I do business with ElDorado Furniture due to the fact that I order couches from them and Tomas the sales man said with in a week they would be in and so I said ok, I paid the full amount hoping I would receive them with in a week and from one week turned into 3 weeks and finally they were delivered but turns out they were not the ones I ordered so you can imagine how I reacted, after the husband convinced me to just stay with the ones Tomas brought me it turns out they were not even the matching set so he said Ill have the set with in a week, so once again I trusted him, it turns out from one week now its passed more than 3 weeks and he doesnt even bother to answer my phone calls nor call me to let me know whats going on, so finally after getting a hold of him he says maam for sure for sure Monday which was 6/27/16 I will deliver you the set now its Tuesday 6/28/16 and still nothing..NEVER NEVER again will I buy from them

At first we didnt receive our furniture at the time it was promised. And then I went and purchased a matress the gentleman never delivered. It and i kept calling and passing by the store and it was always closed. Filed a police report and reported fraud to my card cause he disappeared. And I even left him a note and I saw other notes from ppl that were having the same situation. Hes. A thief.
