I purchased a table with chairs from them on 9/14/16 with an expected delivery date of 9/29/16 due to the chairs were on back order. When the delivery date passed without receiving notifcation, I called and the date was pushed back to October 4th. That date passed and I called and they stated another piece was missing. So then I spoke with Roger the manager at this location and he was suppose to have corporate call me which they never did. He couldnt come to a resolution. All he could talk about was the fine print as a reason why my table was taking so long to be delivered AND he rushed me off the phone. He shouldnt even be a manager. Finally October 19th, the table is delivered and put together as I paid for. The table and chairs looked USED and BEAT UP. There were food stains, smears that are not from only hands putting the product together, rust on the chairs, a bent leg, and footprints on the chairs. On top of that, it wasnt put together properly. The leg pieces werent fitted properly in the tabletop! I paid my hard earned money for a USED and DISGUSTING table! I had to EMAIL someone to have my issue resolved. (Which the lady was VERY HELPFUL) Oh, and dont try to cancel your order because they want to charge you a restock percentage fee when the issue is THEIR FAULT AND CLEARLY THE ITEMS ARENT IN STOCK TO BEGIN WITH. Dont waste your time and money on this unprofessional place! You have to CONSTANTLY call them when your delivery date arrives and passes because they dont communicate with you about your items. AND they start billing you when you DONT EVEN HAVE YOUR ITEMS! Con artist are what they are!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would! Theyre lucky to get one star from me. We were lied to since the time we walked in. We were told we would get a flat rate with no taxes, I was wondering how they were going to get around that but I chose to believe them. Of course we were taxed but no surprise there. Then while creating the contract they tried to charge us for fees that were never talked about, but we paid them anyway. THEN we were told we would have our furniture the following Thursday or Friday. We never received a call so we called and were told the furniture was ready for pick up, we went to the warehouse and they told us our furniture wouldnt be here until the middle of the NEXT MONTH! We decided to call to cancel the entire thing before it went any further! Of course they were telling me all sales were final, but I did not take that for an answer so they told me to go into the store. I showed up and the district manager happened to be there and said I didnt have to be there and I would be able to cancel over the phone, but he would have to go through so and so to cancel, so my trip was pointless! ALSO while I was there, there was another couple complaining about the service and lies they were told. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

Very horrible service here, Ive been told now for a week that our furniture will be delivered and still nothing. Ive been given 4 dates on when the furniture will be delivered and I couldnt even get a courtesy call to let me know they werent showing up. Ive been told they ordered the wrong thing, then it was the truck broke down, oh then they said my furniture was broken, just a bunch of excuses one after another. And We were the ones having to call them to see what was going on. Ive been billed already for furniture I dont even have. Frances and Eva keep promising delivery and they havent kept there word. And Devin couldnt even place our order. Seriously just a bunch of non sence. DONT GET ANYTHING HERE. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE.

My wife bought a dining room set here for her steep father .. Something got messed up now she is hot as a fritter and you dont want to make her mad and in her words "they screwed us bad" so we are here getting a refund which is like giving yourself a root cannal and so during the the refund process they actually charged her again go figure .. By others reviews this place may be Satans southside San Antonios Home ... I would stay a good distance from these predators...charging again is bad enough but they said it (the refund) would be on her card immediate as like that happens and so she checked the account and guess what it didnt happen .. This whole ordeal is like the Carvana commercial ..

After sitting on a ton of crappy sofa sets around the city. I sat on and bought the most comfortable sectional thanks to our salesman Joe. Boss man hooked it up on a great price with a 5yr warranty and affordable fast shipping. They really bent over backwards to make us happy. Cant wait to get this beauty in our home Thursday. Ill send my mom, uncle, grandma, buddy, sister and my uncles uncle here to be treated like royalty. Thanks mega

What I really like to no is, why you all advertise "Dare to compare". Is this just to up you all business? I was in the store our 3hrs, spend over 4500 bal 400. I told the gentleman that RTG living rms were much lower, so what happen, I have compared. He just gave me this weird smile. On top of that, I agree, you pay for the delivery, and the timing is a whatever game. If you not going to honor your statement, you should make it more define.

The only reason I am giving a 3 star rating, is because the salesman was very attentive and accommodating. The price was good as well, but the delivery was terrible. I was told I would have the furniture in 5 business days, and they took 10 to deliver my furniture. When trying to get an expectation for when I would be recieving my furniture, I got the runaround. I just wish the proper expectation for delivery would have been set initially.

Customer service was excellent here. Even went to go refund my purchase at their competitors next door because they beat Ashleys Furniture price. Will definitely come back for future furniture purchases. Have been following Roger Martinez for years buying furniture pieces from him because of his great customer service and him being able to beat competitors prices!

My bestfriend was trying to furnish her new house from this place and it was a nightmare from the beginning. It even went so far as to one of the managers HUNG UP ON HER! I couldnt believe anyone would treat their customers that way. Among being in a stressful situation in moving into her first house but then had to be put through this as well. STAY FAR AWAY!
