Weve been experiencing billing issues for the past 3-4 months since changing our services. We have stopped in the store several times and been graciously assisted each time but it typically takes over an hour. We stopped in last night to resolve another billing issue and Derrick, the manage there, was more than helpful. Thank you, thank you, thank you Derrick, the customer service we received was invaluable!

This is the absolute best store & staff Ive ever dealt with in all the years Ive had an AT&T phone (& thats been a LONG time)! Knowledgeable & extremely friendly, always helpful & not pushy. I went in last weekend to upgrade my phone and noticed the store had changed a lot. I must say I love the way it looks now and dealt with two of the employees. The manager Tobias was incredibly knowledgeable and Marissa was so friendly and efficient! I would recommend you come to this store for ALL of your ATT needs!
