DAMON, THE GM, AND MOLLY, THE AM, ARE LESS THAN EDUCATED!!!! IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A BARREL OF BUFFOONS, YOU HAVE COME TO THE RIGHT PLACE!!!!!!!!!!! Upon entering this location, I was never greeted. My reason for going there was to purchase a new phone for my grandmother, as her galaxy phone was not working. I asked the GM Damon, to transpose my grandmothers old sim card to a new nano sim card. He went to the back and returned with the nano sim card. He then gave the task to his less than brilliant assistant manager, Molly, who had zero inclination on how to carry out the task. As I was trying to explain to her how to get the transfer accomplished, Damon was on the phone on a call, probably ordering a pizza from Papa Johns, with extra cheese. He then returned to Molly and Is conversation after his phone call in an effort to aide Molly with the task. Ultimately, they were of absolute NO HELP, NO SERVICE, NO COMPETENCY. I have a business account with verizon and pay $800 each month. After this experience, with the HEALTHY bunch at the verizon noblesville store, I can say with absolute certainty that I willbe canceling the account with verizon and switch to AT&T at the end of the contract. I am disgusted with Verizon. With this level of service, their decline is surely eminent. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, AND NEVER SPEAK WITH ANY STAFF MEMBER AT THIS LOCATION. IF YOU DO, YOU WILL WITNESS THE DISPARITY BETWEEN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CUSTOMER CIRCUS.

I went to the store yesterday to be taken off my moms service and to start my own account as well as to get a new phone. Every thing went smoothly except for when I tried to use the phone and get connected to iCloud we realized that it wasnt able to access data. Something to do with a system glitch when the took me off my moms service it didnt remove the data restrictions. It was unfortunate and they couldnt fix it, we waited for a good hour or so trying to get the issue solved with no success. The representatives that were working on it were great considering. Very helpful. One of them (I think her name was Heather but dont quote me on that) cared enough to called me this morning to make sure tech support was able to fix everything, which they did everything is great now. Customer service at this store was surprisingly outstanding.

Bought a new samsung s6 on July 20th by august the 2nd it went haywire called the 800 number did the resets nothing worked was told to go into the store and replace it. Well my next day off was past the 14 days so when I went in they told me I had to stay with my s6 and that was ok but they wouldnt give me another s7 however they told me I could return it within 14 days pay $35 restore fee and select another phone but they would not let me do that even though my phone went bad within 14 days needless to say I feel like they took advantage of me so Id be cautious about buying from this store

Great store and service. Went there to move my parents and I over from T-MOBILE. Had a sales person by name of William. He was AWESOME!!! William took his time to explain everything and how each phone/charge/etc would be handled. He also recommended products (a internet web camera) but did not try to hard sell them. The product was recommended because of my parents health. I believe that William wanted to make sure my family was taken care of, and from a verizon point, we are. Cell service is great where T-MOBILE failed countless times. Thanks William! We appreciate your service and help.

My experience with this location has been hit and miss as I have been there many times. They seem to be more interested in getting sales than actually helping you. If you go in there to buy something, they will be charming, "helpful" and up sell you left and right. If you go in to try and get something fixed, they really dont seem to be caring or knowledgeable on the phone policies. I understand they are in sales positions, but it would be nice if I felt like they were really trying to help me as opposed to product push. On multiple occasions I have left this store feeling tricked.

worst customer service . went their to switch to Verizon . The representative that was helping me was new , he was nice but was having a hard time with number portability . The rest of staff instead of helping him just kept talking to each other and 2 of them were enjoying game of thrones to kill their time till 9 pm when the store closes . Spend close to an hour and then later when i reached home , have to call Verizon myself to port the number . Wound never recommend this store to anyone .

This store seems to be more worried about making a sale than addressing/fixing your issue. They immediately dismissed my issue and tried to sell me a new phone. Come to find out -- after spending hours on PHONE with Verizon -- it was a very simple issue that should have been addressed WHEN I WAS IN THE STORE. I wasted hours of time, gas, and energy all to end up on the PHONE with Verizon...

Regardless of how you feel about Verizon Wireless, this location has a great crew. I have been managing my plan / devices at this location since it opened. The staff has always been very helpful and they tend to have stock of the items I am looking from. The main thing to remember is to sign in as soon as you get there. That is the best way to make sure you get service in a timely fashion.

This is a great store. The lady who helped me, Eva, was very knowledgeable and very helpful. She took care of all the stuff I needed to do without any hassles or hoops to jump through. It is worth a drive to this location even if you arent nearby. Even the other employees who were not helping me were friendly and personable. Highly recommended and the best Verizon store experience Ive had.

Dont believe the fake reviews, I just left the store and it was a sad experience. The manager was relatively clueless on the new Droid Turbo, and the sales associate didnt seem to be competent on the contractual agreements. They lost two easy sales today. I would avoid this company store like an authorized retailer. Worth about as much!

Always the best place to pamper myself and great place for pedicures. They do amazing designs, the staff is so friendly and the place is so clean. I drive 45 minutes to come here and get so many compliments, its worth the drive!
