I wont even give this store a star for anything. Do not shop at this store! Well maybe if certain personnel are there. Initially went in to get a new phone and the Ipad mini. Ended up getting those plus changed my tv and internet service too. That visit was fine. Had the phone shipped to the store and when it did arrive they did not call me to let me know. I went to the store and told them I think my phone got here today. The lady went to the back to get it and came out like oh it was yours that came in. Werent they going to notify me? Dont they know I can track it too? Anyway, got the phone and the only thing that they transferred from my old phone was my contacts and said since I wasnt backed up to ICloud it would take around 6 hours to do that part. I also went ahead and bought a case for the phone. Came home and since my phone had been backed up on my computer it took like all of 20 minutes or less to put everything on my phone. Went in today to return the case and they only do exchanges within 7 days of purchase. So Im stuck with a case I do not want. Went online to AT&T and they chat lady said there would be a 10% restocking fee to return it, so I thought I would call before I went back up. The guy said thats only for corporate owned stores and on the receipt it states that no refunds just exchanges. My little receipt that was handed to me did not have that on there. He was talking about a reg. size paper receipt and I said let me look in the bag. It was there but that was the first time I saw it. At the bottom its there but since I never saw it or had it handed to me or was told about it I had no clue. The guy insisted that it was given to me (more slide in the bag out of sight) so they wont take back the case. It may be only $34. but it just left a bad taste in my mouth about the store. First them not calling me then saying it would take 6 hours to back up my phone and it took 20 minutes then the case. Well this wont let me even post this without giving it a star so I will give it one star but I dont want to even do that.

Went to store to transfer over from Verizon, was told store closed in 20 minutes and process would take 45 minutes. Well maybe i should stay with Verizon since AT&T doesnt want new business.
