Recieved a new phone and the same day i got locked out of it. I Went to see what was wrong with my phone and instead of employee saying he didnt know how to fix it. He just up and factory reset my phone with the chip in it without even saying anything prior to resetting it. VERY VERY VERY VERY UPSET!!!! Smdh

The big black lady has a terrible attitude and for no reason the store wasnt even busy and she was still very irritable I think I interrupted her holding up that counter when I came in. Oh well I ported my number out and have had Cricket for years.
