AT&T is what it is... ( corporations can be difficult to understand and deal with for some) but Ive had excellent service at this location the past few times Ive been in here, and I would highly recommend this staff to any AT&T customers in Louisville. My family has purchased at least 10 phones from this location in the past 4 years and each and every time, the customer service was above and beyond what I normally experience in other retail shops. Options were explained concisely and coherently and that makes it much easier for people who are not technologically savvy. This was key when my grandmother was trying to understand how to operate her new phone. I especially liked how the staff walked you to the door and opened it for you while you were leaving. Probably not a unique aspect to this store in particular... but a gesture that does not go unrecognized. I have to say that one of the store managers Justin is on the top of his game. He helped me navigate and troubleshoot a few issues I was having with two of my devices and did so with an authentic desire to resolve my issues. Ive worked seven years in a high end retail shop and rarely do I encounter someone with as much talent as Justin. Cambron (sp?) another fella that helped us out, did an outstanding job while assisting us for over two hours. Patience is a beautiful virtue that many people do not have. Top notch quality staff.

I came to the store to get help choosing a new phone. I feel that because I dont have or want a data plan, I was treated like a second class citizen. The gentleman who signed me in was curt and aloof. Paige, the rep who waited on me, was obfuscatory and elusive. She showed me two models, but was inconsistent in what she said about the availability of other options. She volunteered no helpful information, forcing me to guess what kind of questions to ask in order to learn more (such as "are there options available online that are not available in the store?" and "Are there models not sold directly by AT&T that would work for my plan?" In response to my inquiries, she would allude to things like GSM and interoperability but not explain them. Clearly, she wanted me to buy a phone in store and leave. The store does not have comment/feedback cards. I would highly recommend avoiding the AT&T store unless youre prepared to drop some $. Perhaps then the reps would perk up and be helpful

I have been to this att store multiple times because its the closest one to my house and Ive had trouble every time. Today I went in to get my husband a new phone and they told me they couldnt access my account. Seriously? So they had me call customer service. Since I had no idea what was wrong with my account, that did not help at all. So after an hour and a half in the store, we left very frustrated and super close to leaving for Verizon. If I didnt still have a year left on my contract we would have. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra miles to another att store. The workers at this one are very lazy and will not help you at all. Except to give you the number for customer service.

Every time I go to this store for help Im treated like I shouldnt have walked in there and I always leave empty handed after being treated like they really WANTED me to leave. The customer service is cold, aloof, and pretentious. The only time I got good help was when I brought my husband with me!! Its funny when I call ATT for help they told me to go the store for better service. HA! Not at this store. I hope you hire more respectful & human salespeople from now on especially when me and other customers have been nothing but.

Came here to fix account screw ups from a retail store and this coporate store screwed my account up even worse added a 6th line to my account that I dont even have never have had I have no idea have you can charge me for activation and a device that doesnt even exist all I shouldve had when I walked out was 4 phone and an iPad Ive also left bad reviews at to other locations as well one that started this mess and anther corporate store that refused to solve the issue

Just got assistance from a guy named Lamont. He gave me an honest perspective and was in no way pushy. Although I didnt leave with a new phone, I know what I want and have a plan on when to get it. I really value good customer service that isnt pushy. That means a lot to me. If possible, I will buy my new phone from Lamont when the time comes and I will definitely choose to return to the Bardstown Rd. location.

I went to get service for my Samsung. The first time I went, the person who assisted me was nice, but had no idea what he was doing and caused my phone to need another 24 hours before it could be fixed. I returned a little over a day later, the same person wasnt there, and no one would listen to me about what had happened the day before. They almost made the same mistake again.

Ive been in this store several times. Never have I been helped by someone who took the time and met all my needs and saved me money. I have not been happy with prior experiences, but this wonderful young women Elizabeth has changed my mind. If I ever have to go back again she is the only one I woulld speak with.
