When I purchased my phone I explained to Ron I am on my nieces plan so I wanted a new phone that would be the same price per month.I did not want to raise her bill. He showed me two phones and I asked several times if both of them would keep the bill the same and he said yes. One was a larger screen and asked if he was sure it would be the same and he said yes again. He even looked at my nieces account and said my sisters husband got the same phone (her Dad and Mom are on plan as well) and my per month charge would be the same as his phone. However, when my niece got her recent statement my phone showed an increase of $15.00 per month!! Tried talking to Ron and he said my phone has more memor than my brothers laws and I signed an agreement. Yes I did but I trusted he was telling me the truth about the cost per month for my phone. I did Not ask or need more memory!!! I am a single 65 yr old woman on a budget an $15 extra a month is a lot to me. I am very disappointed and will never use your store or recommend this store. My review was deleted!!! Do not trust this store!! They have basically stolen three of my phones by taking them as a trade in but not giving me any credit so the switch dept wont reimburse me for switching. They have cost me time, stress and possibly over 1200$!!!! Absolutely NO follow through on THEIR mistakes!!!
