TheY sold us a phone which had problems from the get go. It wouldnt download texts, multimedia or pictures. The Internet hardly ever worked. We took it back and instead of taking the phone back they would always try to fix it. But everyday almost we were in there. A case was opened and they never called us back. So now we are out of the 7 day exchange window and stuck with a new phone that dont work. Also the woman manager was very rude. Not willing to help at all.
