I thought I received excellent customer service while in the store. I did not realize the third and fourth order effects of their inattentiveness. The manager convinced us to order new phones and join the latest Jump program because of a special T-Mobile offered. In theory, we got new phones and sent our old ones to T-Mobile to receive a $12-15 per month bill credit, per phone for xx number of months. Unfortunately, failure on my part I did not receive a copy of any paperwork stating this. When the new phones arrived, I asked T-Mobile if I needed any paperwork to send my old phones in, they said "no". We sent our phones back and so far have received $0 credit. After hours on the phone with T-Mobile it was determined there was paperwork that required completion. This paperwork stated the model of phone shipped back to T-Mobile so they knew what to expect. Somehow, the kid at the store completed this paperwork stating we were sending back two iPhone 5 16GB. I was purchasing a iPhone 6s 120GB and a iPhone 6s Plus 64GB, in what world would I upgrade to such large memory from a 16GB after having our 5s for more than 2 years, I dont know..... Either way, T-Mobile is refusing our credit because they received two 32GB phones instead of 16GB. T-Mobile is also holding onto the phones and not returning them. $0.00 credit, zero return, and unable to return the new phones because the "buyers remorse period" expired. Basically, the Elizabethtown T-Mobile store stole $400+ from me because instead of confirming what model my phone was, or asking any questions whatsoever, they just filled out the form with whatever. They need to retrain their employees. Emphasis placed on attention to detail. Because unfortunately, in the long run, this hurts the customer and not them. They have a laissez faire attitude about the service provided because the employees dont view it is important. This is a monthly bill for me, not a one time mess up.

Experience at store was fine problem came when we went home and had 0 service. The store set us up with WiFi calling and it was sketchy at best. As soon as we paid off our phones. This started in OCT. Of 2016 with the last phone leaving service black friday of 2016 with the wife taking to costumer service On the phone where she was assured the account was closed all that remained was the WiFi box which was returned the following week. Where I was again assured my account was closed. So fast forward to January 9th 2017. I check email and my tmoblie Bill is ready online 222.80. They never canceled the very first phone to come off the plan in Oct. And the expect me to pay this. The service rep was willing to cut this Bill in half after a very heated conversation. Anyone shopping for new service dont believe a word of it the service is horrible and there practices are borderline criminal.

I came to this location on 8-24-2013. There was a female assistant manager on duty that morning who went out of her way to help solve my problem. I regret that I did not take note of her name, but she went above and beyond my expectations. I am a very happy T-Mobile customer! I have used T-Mobile for many years, but I have had very few interactions with the corporate stores. I found that this store provides the same exceptional attention to customer service that I have experienced from T-Mobiles call centers and website. I want to give a big "Thank You" to the staff at Etowns T-Mobile store. You guys are great!

Great customer service. Weve used this store to add lines and upgrade phones and the team always took the time to ensure we got exactly what we needed. T-mobile employees are paid hourly, but they also get a commission. One employee at this store went above and beyond by informing me of an upcoming deal that will save me over $500 on a new phone despite the fact that it cost him a sale. All around great people who really know their stuff. The store is usually pretty busy, so even though they are quick and knowledgeable, you may have to wait a few minutes to be helped.

I recently had an incident with my S4 phone. Had it for almost 4 years. When something strange happened and it melted at the connection of the charger. I went to t mobile here in Elizabethtown. They sold me a GREAT S7 phone. But a couple of days later, I found that same phone on sale for a VERY substantial amount less. When I contacted the company and the people at our office here. They didnt bat an eye. The manager took my account and made it right. Everyone was kind, courteous and professional.

My husband is on a small business trip and our line of communication is T-mobile. Recently upon checking our account Mrs. Heidi and I discovered some outrageous roaming charges. Mrs. Heidi took care of the problem in a up most professional matter. Even though she was on a lunch break, she didnt hesitate to help me. Thank you T-mobile for employees like her.

Every time I go here I receive quality customer service. The team there is always helpful. Im acknowledged as a customer. They are able to resolve any issues I have with my phone rather quickly. When I have questions about newer phones, they are honest and up front. Truly an example of what T-Mobile stands for.

Horrible service. She ported my number to T-Mobile making my other phone plan ineffective without telling me that my phone could not be unlocked. Pretty sure she wanted me to buy a phone that day. Which I ended up doing because I had no choice I had already paid the deposit and everything.

Took forever, but most cell stores are under staffed. We were taken care of, told several times sorry it was taking so long but there was so much info to put in. She was nice and checked over info after she put it in. Could have been a lot worse
