I was not satisfied with the service that I received. I went in for a motorcycle battery. They found the one that I "needed". It did not have a box. once the sale was complete they realized that there was no acid to add to the battery so I was told to come in two days later after the manager had time to go to Ace hardware to pick up some acid to fill it. I thought they would have had that kind of thing on hand. Once I picked it up on that Tuesday took it home and could not get it installed in my bike becuase the drain was on the wrong side. I called them to ask if they had the same model with the drain on the opposite side. I was told that it only came with the drain on one side. I thought that was a lie. I found the correct battery on their website. They had to special order the battery taking 3-5 business days. The delivery was 7 days and I had to call them. Overall unsatisfied with the service. Using the dealer next time.

I bought a sealed marine battery for $300 in December 2013 for use with my Basement Watchdog battery backup sump pump. The battery came with a 24-month warranty. Fast forward 18 months, and the battery dies (discharged, will not charge). I took it back to Batteries Plus, and they gave me fairy tales about how it could have been my Watchdog or it could have been this or it could have been that; basically any excuse except that their battery failed during the warranty period. I escalated to the store owner and he gave me the same song and dance, refusing to honor the warranty. Stay away from this store and this company, they are dishonest liars who will not honor their warranties.

Had a very good experience with watch batteries: ordered a watch battery online (better price than Wal-Mart) to pick up at the store. The website didnt have the option to install, but the store had no problem upgrading to include installation ($9.99 including the battery) which I wanted because this Timex required removing both bands in order to remove the back. After all their extra work the watch didnt work and the store provided a full refund. Ill definitely be returning. I worked with this store some 10 years back to replace the batteries in my rechargeable pack for a DeWalt drill -- worked great and saved me $30 from buying a new replacement.

I called ahead to book a repair. Very friendly technician said it was not a problem and that they were open until 7:00pm. Arrived at 3:30pm, technician had left. Arrived the next day at appointment scheduled online only to be told that the technician wasnt available and that my 9:30 appointment had not been confirmed (it was 9:20!). Trainee behind the counter was both arrogant and passive-aggressive and unwilling to go to any extra effort to recover multiple service failures. Avoid at all costs.

Batteries are horribly expensive, but the experience was great. Why? Well, I bought some small batteries for my tire pressure gauge, and they replaced them for me in the store. Very convenient. However, the batteries didnt fix the pressure gauge, so they willingly returned the item. If I ever need batteries again, Ill be sure to come back to this place because of their commitment to their products and most importantly, customers.

I came to this place to replace battery on my BMW key fob. Been told they charge extra to replace it. The result I got not only they did not replace my battery they also broke my key fob and just said. You have to call BMW dealer for the new key fob. Thank you guys that 10$ battery will cost me 150$+. Sale guy found solution how to fix it. Picture attached. Ridiculous place. I wish I can 0 stars.

Jason did a great job to overcome the fact that you dont even have a pair of pliers. One of the nuts was not good. I went to ace a bought a vice grip so he could get me taken care of Lucky that Jason was able to work through it.

Found the Toyota Corolla car battery I was looking for online, picked it up and installed it last evening. Was happy to bring the old battery in to receive the core charge. Friendly staff. Will do business with again.

Shop had a board suggesting free installation of new battery but shop rep said Mercedes was considered complex installation so they wont do it...disappointing. My first transaction with them. Will avoid any more....
