Very knowledgeable and professional staff, especially Mark. I have had cellular service with both AT&T and Verizon and this was by far the best experience in upgrading a phone that I have had over the past 10 years. I took advantage of the Edge early upgrade and upgraded from the Note II to the Note 4. Mark was able to read that I was in a hurry to get in and out and made it happen. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. He offered to go through the phone and Edge plan but I had declined due to having done the research prior to making the decision to upgrade. Mark confirmed what needed to be transferred from the old device to the new device and verified that the transfer went through. He confirmed again that I had all of the items off of the old device prior to restoring it to the factory settings ensuring that my data was erased. This location did not have the specific case that I was looking for due to the device being new but offered me good alternatives. Knowing that I was leaving the store with a $699.00 device unprotected he convinced me to put the insurance on the phone and informed me that it can be cancelled. This is an excellent example of taking care of your customer.

Went in this store earlier in week alone with my 1and2 year old to see what phones are available for my upgrade. Was greeted with a rep named Len and he was great. I left knowing what I wanted and planned to bring the wife later in week to see the phones. Well.....I showed up 3days later to spend 700
Dollars on New upgraded phones and my wife walked in before me because my two yr old daugter needed to use the bathroom.....long behold..the same guy Len told
my wife in a rude manner to.leave and use the Starbucks next door. Wow,complete jerk to act the way he did with an attitude toward a mother and her 2year old. I ended up using another salesman and he got his commision earned. It's sad because the cockiness of Len and heartless mind during.Xmas just lost clients for.life. terrible service at this location. Dont use this location to upgrade or purchase any phones. This was definitely our last time. Educate your staff on proper customer service etiquette.

I just wanted to go in and upgrade my phone. The sales rep would not give up on trying to upsell us on accessories. We said no but he would not give up. We were just about done upgrading when the rep came up and told us we could have a free speaker. We still didnt want it because nothing is free in this world, but he kept Insisting. He said that the speaker would show up as a $100 charge, and then we would see a $100 credit on the account. That never happened, we were then told it was actually a $79 credit and then we would have to pay $129 for the speaker. When we called the store they took no responsibility and pretty much told us we were lying. I worked for a verizon store. I know exactly the type of shady employee that will lie to the customer to boost his sales goal and let the customer figure it out later. Eric our rep, is that employee. Dont go here! Just upgrade online and save yourself the shaddy service.

I had a terrible experience at this store. After leaving, I highly recommend they reconsider store management. Verizon Wireless had given me specific instructions over the phone and told me to pick up my device at this location. When I showed up at this location, they said they could not honor my discount and would hardly even maintain any kind of eye contact while I was speaking to the associates directly. Ultimately, they were indeed mistaken and at fault and they did not even apologize for putting me through 10 minute of back-and-forth. Regretfully, I give this store location 1 star.

Store manager put me on hold for roughly 20 minutes because he couldnt take 20 seconds to tell me to hit a toggle setting in the myverizon app. Seriously, I cant even fathom the fact that I had the app open and on the page where the missing setting was supposed to be, and he had to put me on hold and walk away to seemingly do nothing. This does not constitute customer service. With a cell phone bill that is hundreds a month, per account, Id expect more. Go elsewhere.

Went into the store to change our data plan because I couldnt figure it out online. The clerk was very helpful, but a few weeks later, I realized he hadnt finalized the transaction! Went to another store and got it fixed.
