Let me tell you! I was so enraged with AT&T by the time I had gotten to the store I was ready to leave and go to T-Mobile, but the workers in this store are absolutely AMAZING! I couldnt believe how awesome they were! So helpful in helping me figure out what was wrong and they did everything in such a timely manner that made the whole experience worth it! SERIOUSLY AT&T needs to take training advice from this group in this store. I will not go to another store for anything! I will only go back here! THANKS FOR EVERYTHING!

Horrible!!! First visit to this location and was hoping to get rates because I was thinking about switching to AT&T. Not anymore! The staff seemed uninformed & not very willing to make a sales or at the least bit interested in getting me to switch over. After an hour wait I was very much disappointed in the quality of service. I wont recommend the place to anyone! Go somewhere else...

Horrible!! Never asked for help needed to go to them. Employees were standing around talking and never looked at my phone but when she asked what was the problem she told me to call my insurance company but obviously the problem with my phone was a default went to AT&T on Barrington rd and a Schaumburg rd and they helped me and replaced my phone with out a problem!

The reason I gave them 5 stars because they have a kiosk in there that you can pay your bill you can use cash but then you wont get change its just applied to your next bill or you can pay by credit and just pay what the bill is the staff does seem a bit slow

Avoid this store at all costs. Garbage theyll have you spend all kinds of money then have you put a product on your device thatll damage it and say o ya we cant do anything. Take responsibility for what youve done .
