I went in to the store to pay off my current phone, get a new phone AND get off of one plan and purchase my own. As someone working in sales, I looked forward to making this a nice and easy way of profit and commission for their store and representatives. I walked in and there were four representatives that just stared at me until one said something. This woman talked down to me which I am assuming is because of my age and must have incorrectly assumed that as a 20 year old I was not a serious buyer. She then proceeded to give me 800 numbers to call to do all of the "hard stuff" and then come back when Im done. These are things that could have been done in the store with her assistance and I could have walked out with a new plan and phone in my hand. I will now put the money I was going to use to pay off my phone into fixing my phone screen instead and when it is entirely paid off I will take my phone to a different carrier and purchase my plan there.

Got stuck in a Verizon hell catch 22. Bought a phone off gazelle and them the previous owner reported it stolen after my daughter had been using it for 6 months. Verizon disconnected the line and wouldnt reconnect unless I had a phone. They wouldnt let me buy a phone on my plan without reconnecting the line. After an hour Im Verizon customer service hell, I went into the store. I arrived with a full head of steam and easy a little snappy initially but Britannia K took it in stride and went to work on the issue. She came up with a quick ingenious solution to get me out of the Verizon limbo. Then I was able to buy a new phone and she did all the transfer of photos and files to the new phone. This all went quicker then I expected and was a pleasant experience because of Brittannis patience and calm demeanor.

Confusing location, due to the fact that they dont honor any of Verizons warranties.
