Sales rep gave us the wrong plan than what was offered. She was more interested in buying out our new iphone for herself. Manager tried stiff arming accessory sales for giving us such a "good deal" on the phones. Sorry...if its what you offer I dont HAVE to buy the extras. Long arguement with corporate to get THE RIGHT PLAN activated on our account. 1% coverage difference......98% customer service difference!!!!! Not in the good wy!

The sale reps were very friendly and approachable. They however were not very informative on the process of switching from a different cellphone company, about the cellular devices, or their current promotions. I was given false information about what was included in the activation of a new phone and the pricing. Instead of listening to the customer their main focus was on making sales and marketing accessories.

Liars. The sale rep told me that "any data throttling is only in my head". Sprint throttles "unlimited data" at 23gb/mo. Training your salespeople to lie is a bad look. My wife got her Sprint upgrade at your store, plus accessories, twice as a 17-year Sprint customer. I guess I wont be back ever again. So, to sum it up: Liars and insulters of prospective customers.

Employee made me call in and activate my own phone! Extremely unprofessional and low quality service. Dont come here with any Sprint related issues UNLESS youre a new customer and youre going to buy a new phone. Otherwise, they cant help you.
