This was the STUPIDEST THING EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I recently went to my local jewel osco to buy some food with a check and the cashier said We can only buy turkey from butterball so they technically said IT DOSENT WORKKKKKKKK and it clearly said that we can buy any of the products or butterball turkey but they told us we can only buy butterball turkey when the check said TURKY OR ANY OTHER FOOD PRODUCTS Also their RACIST because when the cashier called someone they told me and my Mexican mom we can ONLY BUY BUTTERBALL TURKEY but we showed the paper and it said turkey or any other products OTHER PRODUCTS but all they told us was "Thats what they told me" so next time you have a check they will not except it NO MATTER WHAT!!!!!!!

I was absolutely pissed out of my mind today… I went to my regular Jewel and they got rid of the self checkout aisle. Im so extremely angry I cant even explain it! I dont know why they would get rid of such an awesome thing. I was so, SO angry that the wait in EVERY single line was so long, that I drop my groceries right where I was waiting and walked out of the store. I only had 4 items! Oh & of course no "10 items or less" lanes, unbelievable. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will not go back to Jewel if they dont get the "self- checkout" lanes back. I was a very, VERY unsatisfied customer and I always go to Jewel...and they just lost a loyal customer:-( Sad.

I come into the Jewel in Mundelein Il. A cpl. Times a week for lunch. I get the pick 3 for $5.99. Every single time I come in, Im met with a lengthy wait, and complete incompetence from everyone. Your employees back there are the WORST I have seen. All, with the exception of the black girl with glasses, and green ponytail. Shes the ONLY one that knows her job! Shes polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. Everyone back there needs to train under her, or u will be losing a customer, and any recommendations...

A good Jewel. Layout was similar to others I have been to so I didnt have much problem finding what I needed (and I usually get lost in grocery stores haha). Went during rush hour yet was in and out without any waiting. Considering I hate going grocery shopping, this was as pleasant as it could be!

Its kind of a dumpy place. The produce is cheap, low quality. I only use the Jewel to quick pick up something like milk or eggs, not a big shopping trip.

This one seems to be more spacious than the other Jewel across the street. Also less crowded, at least when Ive been there.
