They sold me a washer that they did not have in any of their warehouses. Their installation team burned my instructions manuals in the stove. To make a long story short, they lied about having a laundry machine in stock when they didnt, and they almost started a fire in my house with my brand new stove. I called the day before delivery to make sure they were coming when they were supposed to with all my purchases. Bruce told me that my washer did not make it as he was checking but I should call him the next day if my washer was not delivered, there were a few more hours left in the day. Later I received a call about the time of delivery and the lady I spoke with told me all my appliaces were accounted for including the washer. The installation team did not bring my washer with my other appliances that I purchased. They installed my appliances. My stove, they told me had to stay at 350 for 40 minutes to bake out the oil. They left my instructions inside the stove. Needless to say, one of my wire racks is covered in melted plastic, my instructions are burned together. I found some flecks of burned paper on the bottom of the stove with more melted plastic stuff. Their "installation team" is very young and it makes me wonder if they have had proper training. I am worried that my microwave might fall down because now I cant trust that they installed anything properly. I am waiting for Bruce to call me back about why my washing machine was not delivered and I am hoping that they will replace my burned instructions manual and give me a new rack in the oven. So far, Bruce has not returned my phone call. I will have to go in with my burnt instruction books stuck on my oven rack.

My wife went there for our new home and was excited to get new appliances for our home. We lined up some great stuff and were excited to get them into our home prior to moving in. Grand had great prices, so we paid to get them installed and delivered right in time. Sadly, we found that we needed to make adjustments for sizing with the cabinetry. We went back to Grand and they were extremely rude and unhelpful in our attempt to find properly sized appliances. So much so, that we asked for a full refund after they stated they "didnt have any time today" to help us find alternatives. I just want to warn anyone that would go to this place, that you get what you pay for, and these clowns refuse to understand that serving a customer is much more than looking up a price match. You would expect a "locally owned" establishment would go the extra mile, but we were sadly disappointed.

I was in Grand appliance and had the best Sales associate ever! Rob was wonderful and knowledgeable of the products that Grand has to offer. I love my new washing Machine!! The whites are white again and the time to do a load is quick! Not to mention also purchasing on the same day a new TV. After having the New LG TV for about a week we heard a pop, I had called the Customer Service number for number and with in 24 hours I heard back from Rob and we settled the issue very quickly! Grand had offered us a new a new TV replacement. I couldnt be happier with my purchases. Grand appliance is amazing, they really take care of you with no hassle. Thank you so much Rob- sales, Justin and John in Customer service. We will be buying all our electronics and appliances from now on at Grand Appliance, I trust them completely.

Installers came to house did not introduce themselves, brought the wrong microwave oven into the house and proceeded to unpack it. One (lead) installer started drilling holes in the bottom of the cabinet which the micro mounts to. His holes were based on the wrong micro! He used a large drill bit that spewed wood chips all over my kitchen. After convincing these "clowns" that they were mounting the wrong model microwave they went to the truck and brought the correct model in, drilled more holes, spewed more wood chips, trashed my kitchen, scaped my cabinets, stepped on my granite counter tops and ran away. THIS WAS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION I HAVE EVER SEEN. I am currently discussing reparations with Grand Apllicance customer service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND THEIR INSTALLATION TEAM.

Five Stars is not enough!! We live on the west coast and needed to replace my mother-in-laws gas dryer. Not only did Bruce find us the perfect model at a great price, he took the time to arrange everything for delivery and haul-away of the old unit over the phone, working around Mom & sisters schedule while keeping me in the loop. The delivery and installation was smooth and painless, and the guys who delivered and installed the dryer were so gracious, polite and understanding! They truly went the "extra mile" to make sure she had what she needed and that she was up & running before they left. Mom called us crying tears of joy. For the past 15 years we have been a loyal Grand Appliance customers. They always have the best prices and their personnel are always very friendly and accommodating. We recently bought a new stove from them and when they installed it, the darn thing would not program the clock, but they stayed here until it was functioning the way it should. They checked out all functions fully until they were satisfied that I was satisfied, before they left. That is the kind of service you rarely see. Now we need a new dryer, guess where I am going?

I stopped in at this store and was very impressed with the knowledge and expertise they offered. I worked with Dean and he had GREAT communication with our Designer and Builder. He also came by to the job site to make sure all the selections would fit our enclosures. I usually shop at ABT from now on its Grand!. A+++++++

Nice selection of appliances, friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. Their regular prices seem a bit high but sale prices are competitive. I didnt make a purchase here but would return in the future if the need arises.

Grand has been great to do business with. Phil Baaske, our salesman, totally stepped up to the plate when we had a problem with our Maytag washer that Maytag would not touch in spite of it being only 2 years old.
