This store must be closed. Bunch of unprofessional people are working there. Lying right into your eyes. Saying promotions only last one day but promotion already been on market for several weeks (talking about $5 wearable plan) And when agent told me today is the last day, but after I left store and called 611 was told promotion will last at least till march 31. Promises to deliver purchased item same day, but no luck again... I want to like Tmobile so bad, but .... but.... Avoid this store, reviews dont lie...

People arent very knowledgeable about the products at all, and all they were focused on were trying to upsell me on additional items. I walked in there with a made up mind to upgrade my phone, and walked out in sheer disgust and disappointment. Makes me want to change carriers altogether. I live very close to this store, but I will drive to another city before I go back to that store.

Prior to visit I notice this store has very low rate, but I couldnt believe its so bad. Spent ~20mins in the line and extra 20mins in attempt to get simple answer regarding LTE speed. I was told only 1/10 of representatives knows such "technical" things. Id rate this store with ZERO if I could.

Terrible customer service. They dont tell you everything you need to know, they just want to make a sale. It was so bad that I called T-Mobile customer service and even they were unprofessional, rude and just kept hanging up on me.

Slow, except for the guy taking names, that guy was busy texting and voiding customers. With amazement, I watched a guy spending 30 minutes selling a customer a phone case. Why push a payment plan, its a phone case.

Stopped in to receive information about the unlimited deals. Was helped by the manager. He was awesome! He answered my questions, spoke in depth about the deals, thanked me for being a customer. Wonderful experience.

Beware!!! If you decide to come to this store expect at least an hour of your time gone. This is the slowest moving staff I have ever met. Took 35 minutes just to get someones attention.
