My visit to the Bolingbrook store was one of my best store visits ever! The representative that i worked with was very considerate helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions and put my worries at rest. I originally came here with a problem woth my phone and he made the stressful transition better and helped me find a solution that worked for me! I received better service here then i did at many other sprint stores! I will definately be making this my home sprint store!! Thank you very much!

This is an authorized reseller, and as Sprint has dropped most service & repair from their local corporate stores if you have the device maintenance plan you are limited as to where you can go... I ended up here twice and was happy with their help on both occasions. As they were able to handle my issues here without sending my phone out not only was I not without my phone for an extended time, but I also did not have to pay my deductible.

Moe was phenomenal, he was so helpful and because he answered all of my questions is the reason way I bought my new phone. He really knows his business and he is really good at his job. I think he deserves a raises because if it wasnt for his knowledge, there wouldnt of been no sale. He even showed me a case for my new phone and the protective film so my phone is protected in case I drop it and I purchased that as well because of him.

These customer service representatives dont know what theyre doing...they obviously dont want anyones business...i went in to set up a contract with them and be taken off my fathers account and they said i had to do it online..my father was there with his identification and they told us we had to do everything online...i was even going to upgrade my phone to the new galaxy 6 edge...worst customer service Ive ever received at sprint

Horrible store. Was the only customer there but was told it takes 45 minutes to do a diagnostic check for my phone. The tech comes back 1 hour later saying he checked the battery and did a " factory reset" and couldnt help any further. How can that take 1 hour? My 12 year old daughter could do that in 2 minutes. What a waste of time and horrible service Sprint provides!

Whatever is worse than "hate", that is how I feel. If I could give this store a negative #, that is what I would do. Sprint as a whole, is not customer friendly at all. Everything is fine, if you have no problems with your phone or your account. But, if you do ... forget about getting any kind of gratification. Not gonna happen.

Musa was very informative and helpful made sure everything he was doing and Informing me about was accurate. The store manager Eric was there to make sure that everything was ok. I came here twice to get new lines and I prefer it here than at the location close to my home.

THIS IS A DISASTER... DONT EVER GO THERE THEY Lied to me, by signing me up for a promotion I am not eligible for and I end paying $650 because of a lie ... even the company customer service couldnt fix it. Not recommended at all and be careful from this location
