Thoroughly disgusted with this store~well, actually Sean and Brittany that work there. I went in to finance a new phone. I was told by Brittany that because I bought a new Samsung phone I was eligible for a FREE SAMSUNG TABLET! I said over and over that I dont want the FREE TABLET if its gonna raise my bill AT ALL. She told me that I would be charged for the data plan but absolutely guaranteed that it would be deducted somewhere else on the bill. My first bill came, of course after the "buyers remorse" time period so even though there was no "buyers remorse" I wasnt going to be able to return the NOT FREE TABLET. My situation was a case of LYING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS! Anyway, I reviewed the invoice and WOW! I was charged for #1 the tablet...24 payments and #2 the data plan on the FREE TABLET! I went into the store and tried to discuss this with Brittany . I told her that I didnt want the FREE TABLET because its not free as she had promised.. She informed me, as I expected, that I could not return it, then started going over all the documentation from a few weeks prior. I asked her why she had lied to me on my first visit. I admit I was angry and I believe I had every right to be! She said that she would NEVER lie . I again stated my take on the whole situation. This time Sean stepped in~Im guessing hes a manager or supervisor.....saying that they dont lie. I got angrier and apparently raised my voice to again, reminding them what had taken place. Sean pointed his finger at me and said "DO NOT YELL AT ME, ONLY MY MOTHER CAN DO THAT!" WHAT???? Finally after looking at their computer for a very long time, they informed me that these charges would stop after 2-3 billing cycles. I AGAIN ASKED WHY THEY LIED TO ME. ready for their explanation? They have SOOO much information to discuss and contract writing is sooo detailed that they might have simply forgotten to mention that part about my bill being ASTRONOMICAL for the next few billing cycles. THEY LEFT THAT PART OUT? They have too many other things to think about when selling a phone, so apparently its okay in their mind to leave out the all important "we dont care if your bill is so high that you cant pay it and your phones get shut off, youre still suckered into the contract." I filed a complaint with T-Mobile shortly after. I hope that something will be done so this does not continue to happen to other customers. I have been with T-Mobile for years and am shocked by their rude, slow and all around terrible customer service .

Horrible! I wouldnt even give them a star! First thing, when switching my phone number, I received a temporary number that was suppose to switch to my correct number with in a few hours, but after a few days had not switched. Tried to call and go to the store multiple times and no one new what to do. I wasted so much time with different employees that had no clue how to fix it. When one of them tried to fix it, practically erased everything on my phone in the process.(red flag) Should have seen another red flag when we were switching carriers that there was another customer complaining about not being told the correct information about insurance. We were promised credits for switching our phone lines a particular weekend that were not followed through. When trying to get these credits, made multiple phone calls with a promise to get a call back was never received. I mean I called at least 10x in a 2 month period. Every call was told a call back that they were working on getting the credit for us. I was told the following day I would see the credit which never happened. I was told to wait 30 days and I would see it. I was told lie after lie. When trying to call a final time, my phone number was blocked. What kind of customer service would block a customer that was trying to get something that was promised to them for signing up. They are a bunch of crooks at this branch that try to pull fast ones on new customers! Dont be fooled by their lies. I should have seen the red flags when we were switching. DO NOT go to this branch!!! They will lie and not tell you correct info, and then its to late.

My experience with these incompetent employees is unfortunately so horrible. I came in last week on Thursday to get a new phone. Andy was doing the paperwork and Giovanni opened up my old phone and never put the SIM card tray back in the phone. I called Friday and they said they will search for it and will call me back. Tuesday afternoon comes and still no phone call. I called the store and Ozzie and Josh said they have it and I can pick it up. I said I would pick it up today and I asked who I can look for. Ozzie said he wont be here but he will put it in the back and tell the employees working. I came in the store today and the employees had no clue what I was talking about. Then they finally get a hold of another employee and one of their representatives who received an emergency call put it in their pocket and left with it. I waited for this Representative to come back with my SIM card tray. After waiting about 40 minutes, the representative came back with a SIM card tray and when they put it in my phone, it didnt fit. This place has really bad customer service and I will never return here again. T-Mobile corporate office should have this place checked out and closed down. I am a very dissatisfied customer. If I could give this place a 0 star I would.

Ive been a T-Mobile customer for 7 years and this store blew me away. Usually I dread going into T-Mobile shops but this store has provided me the best customer service in all of my 7 years. I cannot express how much I am grateful for Brittanys dedication to help me out when I ran into a few speed bumps (like getting 3 iphones sent to me when I only ordered one) and assisting me with a million of questions. She even waited for me to come (even though the store was technically closing in 5 min). The manager is also awesome! They are the reason why I stay being a T-Mobile customer (I was about to switch to Verizon).

Evan was very friendly and nice to deal with on both occasions I was there within the past week. I unfortunately had to bring my phone back as it was malfunctioning. He went out of his way to help me find a location that had my phone , since they did not. There was another lady there that was not very pleasing and told me I would need to call around for stores to see if they had them in stock and proceeded to go in the back which is when Evan decided to help me call. Not very good customer service on her part. Thanks Evan!

I am suggesting all the t-mobile customer to get away from the t mobile location in carol stream.this is the worst place that I have ever visited. The salesman name Victor he even dont know how to deal with customer,please get away from him and his team.i dont know why the mobile keep such a stupid people as a salesman.please stay away from this location. Worst worst,and worst location. Iam not happy with giving one star either .
