Just "OK" customer service. They charged me for a new SIM card a while back. OK, $16 bucks to access the network Im paying monthly for. :) I understand even though Im complaining about it! Went to the location in Norridge, needed new SIM card for new Moto X, absolutely no charge!!!

Employees are not trained to handle peoples phone. They damaged my brand new Nexus 5 attempting to remove my sim card with a PAPER CLIP!!! When I pointed out what they did to the phone they stated that its normal wear and tear and they wouldnt do anything for it.

Not good customer service. They charge restocking fee even you just bought the phone and has not been used at all. Looks like they are only interested in profits and do not care about customers.
