Every time Ive gone in to this location , everyone is super helpful, knowledgeable, as well as approachable and a pleasure to deal with. Recently I went in the store to try to have several issues resolved. From the moment I stepped into the store, my concerns were heard. Without hesitation, Andrew got on the phone to quickly resolve the issues and addressed all my concerns. He handled every thing professionally and efficiently. On previous visits, Charlie and Peter have been super helpful to me. From minor phone fixes, user errors fixes, account details, to upgrades... every question and/or concern was quickly handled by everyone. When I upgraded my phone in May, the store didnt have the phone I wanted in stock. Instead of sending me to another location, one of the reps immediately left to pick up the phone for me. This was going above and beyond anything I had expected. I would rather go into the store to resolve any issues than deal with customer service over the phone any day. These guys are helpful, friendly, fun to chat with and they always do their best to get things resolved. If they cant resolve it right then and there, they take any necessary steps to get the ball rolling towards a solution. Definitely the best service at this location! I will always choose this location as my store for any of my wireless needs.

I agree with most of the comments. Go thru a coporate verizon store instead of this location. Instead of tending to the customer(me), they had a 2 minute conversation about cars in front of me(about 4 workers). The reason I went in, was because they sold me on "unlimited screen protectors" at a flat fee a couple of months ago, and turns out when i needed one, they didnt have any in stock. Plus, the corporate Verizon stores wanted to charge me for screen protectors because this particular location has its own deals that do not carry over to other stores. This location did not tell me about this when i purchased the deal(that it was only valid at their store). Alas, I ordered a screen protector from this location(since ive aleady paid $30 for as many as I need) and the guy on the phone almost let me go(off of the phone) without getting my name or phone number for the order! I asked him if perhaps hed like my contact info before I let him hang up.... On top of all of this.... I called back a week after ordering the screen protector & they apparently were shipped the "wrong" screen protector. I wasnt called, I had to to the follow up myself. I keep wondering when the hidden camera is going to pop out and tell me this is some sort of joke.... Long story short, just make sure you deal w/corporate locations.

I walked into this Verizon Wireless location moments prior to closing on a Saturday evening. Piotr O provided an exceptional customer experience to me regardless of the time. I never felt rushed and actually felt very appreciated as a consumer! Piotr expressed great empathy to me after having my purse, identification and vehicle stolen I was able to obtain an upgrade by verifying my account pass code. I literally felt helpless because after all of the time I spent initiating the transaction I honestly did not have the $1.07 to cover the balance for the .99 cent phone I selected. I contacted my sister to bring me dollar and Piotr insisted on paying this small amount as a courtesy out of his own pocket. I did not feel this was done so that he would not have to wait until she made it there because he also was kind enough to provide me with an old used case of his to protect my new phone until I could get a replacement debit card. This gentleman really went above and beyond and put a smile on my face after being robbed and feeling hopeless. It would be very hard to top the customer service provided at this location. Kudos and much appreciation to Piotr O!!!

This used to be my "go-to" store for anything Verizon. I have gone on my lunch break countless times and my business was handled with no problem. Today I was due for an upgrade, knew exactly which phone I wanted but was badgered by the salesperson to get a different phone. I understand this is their job, but isnt the customer always right? After I re-iterated that I knew which phone I wanted he insisted (as well as another employee) that I get the phone that he was promoting. I told him that I did not want it and asked for my phone back and left. I used to say this was the best store for service when dealing with Verizon, but I wont be returning.

Peter was friendly and helpful, I always go to this location and never really have a problem. Except verizon has assinine policies about trading in old phones that are damaged. I got a "free" tablet a year ago but its really not worth the $10 a month for 2 years. Also they charge a premium for cases and screen protectors, but I think thats just verizon in general.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS THROUGH THIS STORE YOU WILL REGRET IT. Find a Corporate Store. Knowledgeable Sales Dudes but Lie about Trade in Value For existing Phone just go to a Corporate Store if trading in your phone. Also They Put My Verizon Edge On The WRONG Phone Line Which CANNOT Be Changed & Really Screwed my Account That CANNOT Be FIXED. BUYER BEWARE !

I go out of my way to use this Verizon store only! They are wonderful; always helpful, knowledgeable, and respectful. Wouldnt go anywhere else!! their phone insurance is better than "asurion" that corporate stores use. They are my phone heroes!!!

The representatives lied to us about our monthly payments, data agreements and contractual agreements. Verizon has been giving us the round about constantly. Shady dealings and horrible uninformed representatives. DO NOT GO HERE
