Ive been a T-Mobile customer for almost 12 years now, and I have to say that I received some of the best in-store customer service today at this store tucked away in a strip mall next to Wendys and across the street from the new Andys Frozen Custard store. I needed help setting up phone/text/internet service for an unlocked phone, and, after multiple attempts, Jackie was able to set my phone up for me. Amazing! Thank you, Jackie, for all of your help today, and please keep up the good work!

Im so happy a new store opened in naperville. I went inside this location and it was beautiful. The reps there were so friendly and nice. They made me feel welcomed and I ended up buying a new phone. They helped me transfer all my data to my new phone and i was so happy. If i can i will give them 10 stars.

Store is brand new and very nice. Went to switch over from Sprint and the process was smooth. Account number and pin is all you need to transfer number over. Gerardo was professional and outgoing. Will be going there to upgrade!
