I want to share a very bad experience with Cellairis Fox Valley Mall. Unfortunately my Samsung Note 2 got wet and had a LCD problem. I had consulted with other repairing shops before coming to Cellairis and they all told me to replace the LCD. Finally I took a call and went to Cellairis to get it repaired. Before giving him for repairing the person had checked and confirmed us that everything is fine, mobile is running good and only problem is with LCD. They charged us 200$ for replacing the LCD and it worked fine for one day and then the screen got black out. We also noticed that screen was not fitted properly, I could see the gap and the lights coming between the gaps. When I went to Cellairis, they asked me to come again after one week as they want to order the new LCD again. I kept calling them and they gave me one or the other excuses for the delay of LCD arrival. Finally I got the date and went again to change the LCD, he changed the screen in front of us but again the same problem resurfaced and screen got black out within 5 mins. This moment we didn’t even leave the mall. He was not accepting the fault of LCD and asked us to leave the phone for a day which turned out to be almost one month. After that they had given reason that it was issue with the mother board and LCD is fine. Even after being in the warranty period he didn’t accepted his fault nor was agreeing to give the money back. He was behaving callously and asked us to take mobile back and get it check with Samsung. My concern is that if he can’t repair the phone then why he is running the mobile repairing shop. If he couldn’t give proper service atleast he should return the money back. I was very much sure that the problem is not with the motherboard so we took phone again to the iFixster and other cell repairing shops. They again checked and re-assured me that everything is fine except the LCD as Cellairis has used the B grade LCD or the used LCD in my cell which is not fixed properly hence causing the problem. They suggested to replace the LCD with the new one which I need to pay again.

I had my outer glass for my samsung s5 fixed here and originally when i called i was told i would pay $80 and when i came to the booth i was told $100 dollars for the repair. Not a big deal i figured since it was cheaper than most places and when i received my phone back it had a different color outer glass and the glue on the seams could be seen. 2 months down the road(it being yesterday) i dropped my phone out of my hands onto a table maybe 2 or 3 inches and the screen broke. Took it to a different company and learned cellphonia repaired it wrong. Glass is suppose to be glued to the lcd and the company just glued the corners and taped the glass to the frame so there was space between the lcd and the outer glass. Not only has the touch response on my phone been messed up since i received the repair because of the play between outer glass and lcd but the glass scratched and dented easily. This booth takes a cheap fix on your phone and doesnt do it right and cost you almost as much as a place where they can fix it correct. I was very dissatisfied and recommend that no one takes there phone to be replaced here. Take it to UBREAKIFIX and i can guarantee they will do a better job. My phone doesnt have play between the screen i have full response to my phone and 90 day warranty if something happens besides cracking. Hopefully this helps other people and take it from me the price you will spend here wont save you anything when you break the phone 2 months down the road and have to do it all over.

I went in at the beginning of the month to get my screen fixed. I was so thankful that they fixed screens for a descent price. JOKE! I went and got a really nice phone case so this way I wouldnt get stuck in a situation with a broken screen again. As soon as I put my new case on my screen broke. On the warrenty, it says " if you experience the identical problems again during the 30 days warranty period, simply return the phone to us and we will fix the problem free of charge." I went in and the man told me that because it is "physical" damage they wont fix it free of charge. There is nothing on the warranty stating this. He told me to contact the corporate office, which I did, they wanted to charge me AGAIN. Both men were very rude and not satisfying to the customer. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received, and I work in customer service.

Not good. I went to get my screen fixed after I severely cracked it and they fixed it no problem. The problem came when I got home I realized my phone was not vibrating... I just thought they turned it off to fix the phone. I took it back a day later and the lady had an attitude and said I should have come within 12 hours.. not sure how that would have been possible due to the fact the mall closed!! They fixed the vibration on the phone but failed to put the screen all the way back in the correct spot MEANING I could see the light coming thru the sides of the screen. Take your phone to your cellular provider FIRST. Getting it fixed other places will void the warrenty..

THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!! dont ever go here! i had a cracked screen and went there to get it fixed and payed the same amount as i would have at the apple store and within a month my screen was coming unglued and i wasnt able to text or do anything so i went back to get it repaired and not only did i have to pay again for the new screen but it started coming unglued again within a couple weeks. these people are scammers and probably use knock off iphone screens! i will NEVER go back there again. learned my lesson. i will from now on go to apple for any type of repair etc.

Worst experience Ive had in recent memory. The guy behind the counter told me it would take a few days to fix my G3 and they would call me when it was finished. After a week of waiting I called them only to be told that they would need to order it and they would call me when it came in. This back and forth process happened for 2 weeks before I demanded a refund. They said they would special order a screen and have it overnight-ed. But again, nothing came. Do NOT waste your time with this company. You will leave with more headaches and broken promises.

Ali is a professional CON ARTIST for cracked screens and broken phones! He also lied to other customers in front of me. He treats white people with quicker service. He is a racist prick DO NOT waist your time and money on this place. He made me come back 5 times because the first 3 times he installed my screen incorrectly. My phone started to call people randomly. PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Let everyone you love know that there is a con artist who owns this store.
