I went in to the store today at 7:15. I left at 7:45 because I was not being helped. I give the rating two stars because the lady at the front, taking the names/issue down, was nice. When we left, we were told that there were only two reps working (i spotted 6, including two managers). Three were helping customers, the two managers stood around and "supervised", and one rep was pretending to do mindless work so she did not have to help anyone out so she could leave work. That is not customer service. We were not told once that someone would be with us. Several times I caught the managers eye and she walked away, going to other reps that already were helping people and didnt need the managers support. In conclusion, go to this att store if you plan on waiting there for at least half an hour. They will always tell you they dont have the number of reps available to meet demand and yet you will still see managers/reps not doing anything. Fail on customer service.

I went in to buy a new phone and was helped by James Fliege. He was very helpful in finding a new phone, but he gave me the wrong phone number on my new phone. Subsequently, this cut off my brothers service on his phone rather than on my old phone, causing a huge inconvenience. Now we are told we each have to go in and get two new sim cards, which is also very inconvenient as Im leaving on a trip in two days and my time is very limited. We even reconfirmed the correct phone number twice, and he still put it on the wrong phone. I sincerely doubt we will be returning to this store again. This has never happened to us before, which is why we are so disappointed. Make sure you check your receipt to make sure they put it on the RIGHT phone!!

Placed the order online and got the online price. Order was ready for pickup at the store within an hour. Im not tech savy, I constantly change my passwords and forgot my current list at home, and had files everywhere on my old phone. The CSR spent a lot of time and did a lot of extra work but I walked out with everything I wanted from my old and plus what you get by upgrading two generations. The work the CSR did was well worth the activation fee. AT&T customer service saw a huge improvement since they relocated back to the US a few years ago.

Recently returned a phone past the trial grace period and manager allowed me to get a new phone. I was shocked, it seems like customer service in this country is dead, but not here. Ive been an att customer for 10 yrs and will be happy to stay. Yes, they could be a little quicker, but this place is always busy. Also, this is a corporate store, which makes doing business here that much easier. The staff here are very knowledgeable and can answer all your questions. Top notch, keep up the great work!

This store has HORRIBLE customer service. Of the last 20 times Ive called, Ive only gotten through once. When I went to the store there were about 10 staff people there (only about 3 were actually helping people) and the phones all just rang constantly. Why no one thought it might be a good idea to pick them up is beyond me. I even called my sales reps cell phone a couple days ago and still havent heard back.

I went in with a rather complicated (to me) issue and Lisette sat down with me and very patiently let me explain the issue to her. She was extremely helpful and I left the store with a smile on my face. When its time to replace my current phone I will return to this location and hope Lisette is still working there. Surely AT&T knows what a gem she is!

Id been having some problems with the battery life on my phone. I went in and explained my problem to Danny and he was more than willing to help me. Little did we know it would take about an hour and a half to figure out. Though the store was busy, he rushed the process in order to move on. He was very polite and helpful! Thanks Danny!

Its hard to find, but its in the same building as Panda Express. Just drive around the building. I was there this past weekend and was treated very well. We got a good deal on their Uverse service. Dont listen to the negative reviews. They were very polite and greeted us the moment we walked in the door.

...trying to find this store. Danada Square is quite large with 100+ businesses. AT&T in their infinite wisdom will not permit direct calls to the location for directions so unless you know the area you will never find this store. Not good business but that is corporate America.

Unable to fulfill their promises. Have been thrown like a ball from one agent to the other to customer service. I ended up being ripped off and paying a hefty monthly bill to please them. Once youre stuck in their cobweb... Good luck!
