Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have had my new phone for a month. The phone does not function properly so I assume I can take it to the store I bought it from and get some help. Wrong. I walk in, no one in the store and 5 guys standing around. I am told its your problem and you need to contact the phone maker. I accept that. Then I ask, do you have a phone number I can contact, and the answer is no, you have to Google it and find it for yourself, then he walks away and says nothing to me. In short "get out of my store and quit wasting my time". Please, Please, Please do not do business with this store. One star does not represent how I really feel. Update, I went to the Verizon store in Naperville. They were slammed busy, but within 5 min. someone looked at my phone, detected the problem and fixed it. Nothing else to say.

The customer service was amazing! I was in the need to switch my phone service but unfortunately was still locked in to a phone and service plan that never treated me well. I walked in to this Verizon store because a family member referred me due to outstanding service provided and my experience was no different! The manager Jeremy greeted me immediately with the rest of his staff. Jeremy personally answered my difficult questions and got me to the proper associate to help me make my situation better. They helped me when it seemed like no one else could and for that I will continue to go to this location for anything I need and refer my friends and family here as I know they will be taken care of! Thank you again to Jeremy and his crew for an outstanding job.

Worst customer service ever. This store is all about sales & not about customer service, once products are purchased. Customer always wrong, store always right.The most frustrating thing is to see 5 - 7 staff standing around talking to each other, but not helping you. I was told they are the "sales" staff. I have taken classes & have more questions. Customers are allowed to ask 3-5 questions re products & thats the end of the help, even though staff standing around w/no customers. The staff has defensive comebacks for issues, never "Im sorry youre unhappy", or "lets see if we can fix this". The vibes are bad in this store. Will cancel Verizon when contract up. I know others who have canceled due to this store.

Went in to investigate some new phones. When I had a question, the manager told one of the employees to assist us. There was an audible groan as the employee had to get up from leaning (laying?) on the counter to help us. She was very rude from the start. Maybe she was upset that I woke her from her nap. I asked about some pricing I saw on Verizons web site and she told me that I could not get it (no explanation). When I told her that AT&T had better prices on some phones I was looking at she told me to go switch to AT&T. With customer service like this, it is not a surprise that Verizon is losing customers.

After being in the store for 15 minutes, I didnt get helped. I was one of two customers in the store. I was greeted when I walked in, and they took my information, but then the sales associate walked over to a table, only to stand there for 15 minutes while I waited for him to come back with my account. After waiting, I just walked out. And no one stopped me. I walked past 3 other sales associates at the front of the store. The customer service is severely lacking here. If you need to go in to the store, the Rt 59 store in Naperville is much better and well worth the drive.

Checked in. Waited for 15 minutes before finally leaving. The sales people were helping customers while the other employees stood around talking. Frustrated drove around the parking lot and went back in. Suddenly there was someone to help me. Very bad customer service experience.

Ripoff.They stole my phone.Turned in iphone 6 as part of Verizon offer to sales representative Mike.After 6 month got no credit.Spoke with manager Mark.Promised that I will see the credit. Nothing.They just stole my phone.Will have to file a complaint and police report.

Did not have a good experience here. The solutions specialist Jason guy was rude and annoying. Didnt answer our questions while purposely ignoring us and did not give a good service at all. Dont know if Ill be going back there again. Service needs improvement there!

Miserable. Nobody has answers. Not to mention every employee could use a communications course...terrible inter and intrapersonal communication. Made me feel unwanted when asking for help. Especially the young man with a stye in his eye and slicked back black hair.

Worst customer service experience Ive ever experienced. It is hard to believe this is a corporate store. Dont waste your time here, go to the store at 1852 Towne Center Dr North Aurora, IL, 60542. It might be a little farther drive but it will be well worth it.
