Stood in the store for 10 minutes. Two associates were helping customers, one was just typing in the computer. NONE of them greeted us or even acknowledged that we were there. A fourth person came out from the back, assisted two of the associates, then left. HE never looked at us at all. I dont mind waiting my turn, but good grief, can they not even speak to us to indicate that they will be with us soon? We just walked out and Im sure they didnt care at all. Side note: we went down the street to an AT&T store, where the two associates were serving customers, however I was pleasantly greeted and told they would be with us in just a moment. Quite a big difference from our previous experience. All I wanted was a car charger and an SD card, so AT&T got our money today.

Visiting this store flipped my day a 180. A couple days ago I went to another T-Mobile store to transfer my prepaid account to a contract and get a new phone. I learned today that my information wasnt connected to the phone so a lot of features were unavailable. After I had spent one and a half to two hours in the other store getting my new phone, coming to the Clarksville location was a breeze. Took maybe ten minutes to fix everything and double check that it was working. Leonardo was super professional and helpful. The atmosphere was friendly. Get experience over all. If youre debating on which location to go to please just go to this one! Will save loads of time.

bought an iPhone 6 plus, they guaranteed me it was unlocked, talked to more than one person and they all swore that it would be unlocked. well guess what? it was locked and they just lied. oh well. i dont think they lied as much as they didnt know their stuff. either way unprofessional and under trained.

I Had an issue with payments and voicemail that a partnered store didnt have set correctly, so I came here and was handled quick, professionally and with no problem. Leonardo I believe was the representatives name, was apologetic and informative. I will absolutely return to this store with future needs.

The absolute worst cell store around. Go to att go to sprint, go anywhere but here. Theyre slow lazy and unknowledgeable about their inventory and products. Getting an iPhone shouldnt take 3 hours because the rep hasnt been trained. Overall this place is completely bullshit. Id never give em a penny.

It is what it is. Dont go here if youre in a hurry. Its not because its bad service... Its Because they give each customer all the time they need. No rushing you to make your decisions. They Explain everything thoroughly. Been a T-Mobile customer for many years.
