I Ordered a phone online at Verizon and did in-store pickup to this location. I received an email rt away that said it usually takes an hour for it to be processed and ready for pick up. I called the store and of course didnt get anyone there so it routed me to a customer service rep somewhere else. The lady I spoke with was very helpful. She contacted the store and they hadnt received the order due to "updating their system" she gave them the information and they said they would have it ready. Needless to say this was 5 hours after I placed the order to begin with. Well my husband shows up to pick up my phone and the first man he talks to just says the order isnt ready yet. No further looking into it. I then talked to the gentleman over the phone and he pretty much was telling me tuff luck. Well that wasnt acceptable to me. I Asked to speak with a manager and finally she got it taken care of for me. This store along with other locations need to have better customer service. No one goes over and beyond to help customers anymore. I would want a good reputation for myself and where I was working. I work in customer service everyday and I can tell you I do whatever I can do to help the individual and find a solution. Maybe these younger kids need some further training!

I would highly suggest taking your business somewhere else. I visited the store twice (even after a bad experience, thought id give it another try). I will never go back to this store again. I will certainly and gladly drive out of my way to avoid this store. I dealt with a very unkind, condescending, difficult women right as I walked in the door, both visits. Her unwillingness to help me or work with me was extremely frustrating. She spoke to me rudely and her condescending tone was enough to send me through the roof. I will not visit this store again and had a truly bad experience there. The other employees may be wonderful but I didnt get the chance to find out because I never got passed the horrible customer service rep. that was right inside the door.

I went in to have them check on a few devices that we have. One being a jetpack in the other being a little watch that my son wears and then a problem with my phone. I was turned away because I didnt have a valid government ID on my person. I did have credit cards with my name and info, my phone and all of that data with my name and information, as well as membership cards that have my picture and name on them. So thats Verizon level of customer service? I need to identify myself before I can spend my money with you? Heres our new philosophy. Lets make everything a huge hassle for the clients and customers that pay our bills so that they can take their money elsewhere. Good strategy...

horrid would be a compliment to this store !! It is the worst of the worst - there is no service here verizon needs to fire and replace the people here with persons whom understand taking care of customer - not just ignoring them and making money only!! This store is sole reason to find a better wireless provider!! I would rather be drug thru a field of broken glass wearing only a Tabasco jock strap than ever set foot in this premise again!! Verizon has become great with excuses and no results for customers!!

Terrible service. They quoted us at a price, checked out, changed our numbers from at&t, and then they went back on what they said. They raised the price over $1,300. We said we didnt want that. We were there 3 hours that day and had to come back the next day to finish getting our phone service back with AT&T. It seems like it would have made more sense for them to bite the bullet and honor the price they wrote down and quoted us. Lost 2 potential customers that day and 3 customers they had.

My brother tried getting a replacement battery for a Droid 4 that wouldnt respond even when plugged into a charger. After five minutes of charging with no response at store, they told him the issue was with the phone itself and tried selling him a new phone with a contract that would have voided our grandfathered unlimited data. Fortunately, he said no and we got the green charging light to turn on after trying a few more things at home.

Jon Hayes was terrific. Smart sales person. I do not like phone shopping. Jon asked what I was looking for in a phone. For me antennae, it has to work no matter where I am, and camera are most important. He stuck with those two features and it made phone shopping so much easier. After at least five times attempting to buy a phone I finally left with one. GO JON! Thank you.

"Loved it" might be a strong phrase, but the staff there were helpful, polite, and funny - which I appreciated after a long day. Its not their fault my iPhone was faulty and they were great in ensuring that I walked out with a working phone, including staying an hour after closing time. All in all it was more pleasant than a trip to the dentist, or the Apple store.

Shady ass employees took my iPhone back because I didnt like it within 14 days and employees didnt want to hurt their sales quota so they didnt cancel my 2 year contract even after I took my phone back with in 14 days!!! Im discussed by the unethical employees verizon has. Never trust anything these employees say. They will say anything to get their sales quota.

very aggressive sales tactics- he was almost argumentative when we refused to upgrade (we knew what phone we wanted upon entering the store) and when we didnt want to add any extra products such as case, insurance, etc., he continually pushed and became somewhat rude. not the best experience. we will be going to a different verizon wireless store for now on.

I took my mother from NH to this verizon store while she was here on her yearly visit. Everyone was very nice and professional. They did not try to sell her things she didnt need and were very helpful in educating my mom about new products. She was very pleased with her new phone and tablet. I will be going back for all my verizon needs. Great store!

Slow to be helped. I always have to bring an iPad and food for my toddlers because we never no how long we will be there. Some times I am in and out in 20 minutes other times it is 3 hours. I have my regular employees that I always try to snag for help. They know what they are doing and do not have to keep asking other employees for help.

If this is the future of customer service we will have better luck ordering online. They are so busy watching streaming video on tablets that they can barely talk to the customer. They also sound a lot like used car salesmen. I really miss the professionals that worked at the store in the Greentree Mall.

Excellent customer service. Cecil restored my faith in Verizon after having awful experiences at other corporate and Verizon authorized retail stores. If you need to go to a Verizon this is the store to go to. Make an appointment to skip the line.
