On the occasion that i TRIED to use this store i had an issue. Markus, the sales rep who works at this location, opened the store late. I waited 10 min after the store should open and gave up. I went to Wal-Mart and purchased the phone since I knew they were in stock. I took them back to this store to get them activated. He said he would have to charge me $60 to help me since I didnt buy them there. When I told him he was late is the reason I didnt buy them there he said it wasnt his fault since the bank was busy and he showed up to the bank only 15 min before the store opened. When I asked for a managers number he said there isnt one and refused to give me one.
