Dont trust anything they tell you.. Bought my Note 4 here and found out they were $50 higher than Verizon online or a true Verizon store after they lied to me and told me Verizon was the same price. Recently stopped by with a battery problem on my Note 4 and the lady told me the only thing they could do is call customer service and they would do a factory wipe and/or replace phone but would not replace the battery. Went to a Verizon store today and she looked at the battery said it looked undamaged but they would send me a replacement to fix my issue. Again; dont trust anyone at this store.
